Like I said, when people in the field say RNA they mean mRNA. tRNA, rRNA etc. would be specified. An RNA injection that actually works is not a normal vaccine. In terms of effecting the cell’s DNA, look up “reverse transcriptase” and “retroviruses”. That’s not to say it will necessarily happen, but it is an added risk factor.
