Yeah, but even if you won, would you want to go back into that joint and work in those conditions again? They'd just make your life a living hell again. I'd call the lawyer and sue for $$$, and then go find yourself a job in a male-dominated society, like in South America.E_Irizarry wrote:AGreed. The healthcare industry in general is WAY overstaffed with women and they tend to be the worst sort of man-haters. I worked IT in a hospital for several years and it was the only IT job I had where the IT folks were considered lower than the janitors mopping the blood off the floors. Everywhere else I worked, IT folks were the white knights.TRADER1972 wrote:Thanks jamesbond, I worked for a pharmacy. And unlike home improvement, it caters to females and is over weighted too much with females.
I could write a book on just what I have seen women get away with.

RedDog you are right as usual. No, I do not want to work there anymore. They would probably transfer me far away but nothing would change. This company is hands down the worst company I have ever worked for and they treat their employees like total crap, except the ass kissers.
I understand completely, being lower than the blood moppers. How in the hell can that happen to IT guys?

@Trader1972
I am expressing my regrets to you. Listen keep your head up. Its probably for the better. I am going through the same as you were. I even asked my crazy boss to just terminate me and she said no. Its like they want you to suffer the same hell they are in. Yes i have learned my lesson i will never work for another woman or Mangina Boss again as well. So if you drink like i do go get yourself a beer, relax this weekend and setup your unemployment and know that everything will be alright. This is a bad year for many of us but it will get better. Peace.

Hey TRADER1972?
Sorry to hear about the job, but as others have said, maybe it's a blessing.
I totally agree with you about the whole "women" boss thing. I only had one and she was so comically insecure. I got along with her fine BUT I know how to tell people what they want to hear while keeping my mind free.
IF I wasn't at work right now, using their Internet to type this, I could tell you all about working in the most HOSTILE place known to man. I'm taking about a Liberal Arts Private College! A person really has to watch what they say and do around here. Luckily I have a menial job that doesn't have a lot of contact with the public.
Anyway, I hope this is a blessing in disguise.

Writing it all down would be a great idea. Men really need to start exposing all of this crap.TRADER1972 wrote:Thanks jamesbond, I worked for a pharmacy. And unlike home improvement, it caters to females and is over weighted too much with females.

ErikHeaven, I cant tell you how good it feels to know that somebody else understands. Honestly, you guys on here are better than any drink I am aware of. Straight up.
I swear you are right, they want us to be just as miserable as they are. Me on the other hand, I am always happy to see someone move on to greener pastures.
I honestly think no matter how tough things are, us men can solve any problem, especially if we combine the wisdom and experience of each other and also not judging each other like the other like what happens on other forums.
I mean, I would never even talk about this in other forums, knowing how people can be. I swore off of using forums before finding HA because people just want to antagonize and make the world a more hateful place.
I also wish you well in improving your live so it is what YOU deserve, not what some mangina or female boss says it should be.

I think a key difference between this forum and others, is that the others are focused on guys trying to compete against one another for the same women IN AMERICA! Here at HA, we guys view the AW as a common problem and no longer have to compete with each other for the same small pool of women. We have the whole world as our oyster.TRADER1972 wrote:ErikHeaven, I cant tell you how good it feels to know that somebody else understands. I have just decided to make this forum my new home!

Wielding the blade of evil's bane, he sealed the dark one away and gave the land light. This man, who traveled through time to save the land, was known as the Hero of Men. The man's tale was passed down through generations until it became legend...

You know there really are 2 things I should write about. All the stuff women get away with at work and the other would be personal examples of the deterioration of US society and my bad experiences with authority figures and just plain old crazy stuff that would make a person want to leave the US.MrPeabody wrote:Writing it all down would be a great idea. @Trader
We do have our moments here with each other. Our little disagreements yet we are more family here than any other place. Like i said keep your head up. As Micheal Jackson said You Are Not Alone"! We all go through the nonsense here. Its funny my filipina wants to move here yet i want so bad to move there. I am so sick of this feminazi man hating country!

I have gone through hell at my current slave job. My female boss cut my hours down to 1 day a week. I had to file for partial unemployment. Then they gave me my 40 hours back but with stress and bullshit added on.
The owner of the company will not let men advance in his company and the only man that did advance was a homosexual. My boss is a lesbian go figure. The owner obviously has problems with straight males. My plan this year is to go back to school and get on another path. Unemployment for you could be the ticket for retraining.

I guess its good you are able to avoid the public. I would rather break rocks than deal with the public. Simply because all it takes is one to screw up your day or cost you your job. Basically you can be great to 100 customers or 1000 but that one miserable one will ruin everything. You should share with all of us more about your experiences.Truthville wrote:Hey TRADER1972?
