The big changes in the bodies of men and women began after the '60s and early '70s counterculture started to become more mainstream, as the system is masterful at co-opting grass roots movements and perverting them to corporate needs. The Woodstock attendees of 1969 were almost entirely of the lean and skinny variety, with little in the way of muscles, just naturally fit from walking as their main form of exercise. By the time Woodstock 2 took place 25 years later in 1994, many of the men sported very strong and muscular bodies built from endless hours in the gym. The women were heavier than those of '69, but had not yet grown into the charming beached whale look so common today.Mr S wrote:I think our food, psychological state as well as medicated society and overall fakeness of various cosmetic and other types of physical enhancements has led to men and women to look much different physically today than in the past. IF you look at how bodies have changed over the decades you'll notice a huge difference from perhaps the early 90's and onwards. Both men and women were much smaller and skinnier than they are nowadays and it's not all due to just eating fast food. I believe a lot of the additives and genetic modification of our food supply has altered our looks somewhat, along with the things I mentioned above.
I've finally found a decent exercise book/routine that helps one to create natural HGH in their bodies though exercising a certain way. So I think it potentially could help soften features and maintain ones youth as they age, if anyones interested. I've been doing it for about three weeks now and have noticed a difference.
Why do women like 'Sex and the City'? It's so stupid
