Interesting discussion! Like both of you I am also a tourist and enjoy my life with this profession allot. At this time I have planning to Washington DC . It is a season in which the spring is come with lots of color full adventures there. Due to my lake of knowledge about this tour I am little confused and need someone's help. Does anyone here have any idea about this festivals and some other events that going to start in spring season?

Its well known places are; National Mall, United States Capitol, Lincoln Memorial, Washington Monument, National Gallery of Art and Washington National Cathedral. Try to visit all these places during your trip I hope you will like them and enjoy a lot.

Tani, here I want to suggest you must stay in Hotel Lombardy during this tour. It is a nice place to stay for travelers. I have been there during my trip. Its rooms are decorated with comfortable beds, screen doors and vanity tables. Their staff was courteous, competent and accommodating.

Tani321, here I want to suggest you must visit the Lincoln Memorial if you love the history. It is an ideal attraction for history lovers. I really like this spot due to its quite unique architecture. Statue of Lincoln is a notable thing in this memorial.
