I hate to say it but white manginas operate in the same fashion in the workplace. I knew one guy that constantly yelled at, and tried to intimidate workers, until one day he pushed the wrong worker and the guy almost choked him to death.

A week later the white mangina boss was lying claiming that "he was only playing with the guy and the guy TOOK IT TOO FAR." Same mentality as a female.
