Aaron Clarey Says You Should Never Be Loyal To Your Employer

Post by jamesbond »

Interesting video from Aaron Clarey where he says that you should NEVER be loyal to your employer.

"When I think about the idea of getting involved with an American woman, I don't know if I should laugh .............. or vomit!"

"Trying to meet women in America is like trying to decipher Egyptian hieroglyphics."

Yes, I'm resurrecting an old post. But Aaron Clarey knows what he's talking about. Trust me, this guy's channel has some of the best content for single men on Youtube. Take this video on being a free man and being an "independent thinker". I wish I had watched this video in my 20s but I would probably not be able to understand it like I understand it now.

Anyone in their 20s should watch this video.

I've been redpilled on how you should never even consider hiring an employee under any circumstances for many years. Even without wasting my time on the videos, I was once acquainted with some girls where the business owner was an attractive blond Anglo American in modest but viable financial services, and hiring another blond Anglo American girl as her employee (and they also went to the same church), and even then the "employee" somehow considered herself oppressed or short-changed in some way just because the other blond chick was the employer and her the employee.

But the ultimate irony was that they both were in the business of preparing detailed financial statements, including for their own business, meaning the employee chick could see looking straight at the profit and loss report how much money was available, yet still seemed to think she should be getting more.

With the cultures saturated in cultural marxism considering anyone in an entrepreneurial capacity to be a supposed exploitative oppressor, I can't fathom why anyone would walk the minefield of employing another person. In the jewnited states, payroll processing is a PIA, and it opens you up to a mess of liabilities and lawsuits that you wouldn't face if you used contractors.

I never did either though. I used to do service work, but in retrospect I would not, and have since then gone all-in on building my own modest but independent earnings sources that do not rely on having to manage other people at all, and which rely on no one but myself and whatever automated digital platforms are needed.
If you're serious about "taking the red pill," read thoroughly researched work by an unbiased "American intellectual soldier of our age" to learn what controlled media doesn't want you to see 8) : https://www.unz.com/page/american-pravda-series/

One theory is that firm's exist as opposed to purely contracting is that the hirer gains more control over business activities in a hierarchical arrangement. Also, I suspect there is a financial incentive for the employer who can retain the services of the employee at a cheaper rate per hour than through contracting, in exchange for some type of guarantee of a steady income, benefits, etc. The contractor might have to spend time marketing his/her services and if he or she is not a specialist at that, this could be an inefficient time-consuming task. Getting hired does away with that. So the employer gets a discounted rate and the employee gets a steady income and doesn't have to worry about finding clients constantly.
