How to Quit Vaping Addiction

I bought a disposable vape with 3% nicotine and it's made in China. It cost 100k vnd / $4. I literally cannot stop taking puffs from this motherf***er so much that I can't get work done because the nicotine hit makes me high.

The thing ran out of battery and I'm too lazy to go buy another one. But I have another vape that has zero nicotine. So the way to quit nicotine addiction from vaping is to throw the motherf***er away and puff the zero nicotine vape.

I swear, the system keeps us trapped in as consumers and then on top of that, they make us addicted to bad things. So we're not just slaves in the system. But we're also addicts to everything (vape, marijuana, sugar, tiktok, youtube, porn). It's all the same shit to control us and keep us docile.

f**k knows, vaping is bad news and has all kinds of nasty chemicals that will f**k your lungs up worse than tobacco, we are going to see a massive epidemic of people dying of some f***ed up lung disease in another 20 to 30 years with this stupid habit.

I have no idea, go back to smoking cigarettes - it's going to be far better than vaping for your health.

I agree, but youtube also have a lot of informative stuff on it so youtube isn't all
bad when you need real coverage on topics that all the fake channels on tv and etc give.
