That I believe is the plan and China is the model, they are moving most all production there so the rest of the world will be dependent on a Gulag to get what they need. China will probably be the better of the places to live only because they will actually have real productive jobs but of course the communal dictatorship will be enforced at gun point no matter where you live so the sticks is preferable.

Now it is all becoming appearant why America was formed and what the fore fathers were running from and why the anti federalist demanded the Bill of Rights along with the 2nd amendment to back the first when the federal government was formed in 1787.
