What free-thinkers won't tell you, is that you become extremely rigid mentally, and more religious in higher planes of power and consciousness. You'll crave for someone to follow, because you cannot think for yourself and need guidance. It's impossible. You weren't meant to think for yourself. You're a part of a omnipotent, watchful entity. Trying to become a separate, single cell with no other function than to live is one of the stupidest life decisions someone can make. ALL cells become part of a master structure to live and prosper. This is why you choose someone as a master, preferably greater than a human. This is so you can have a frame of reference, to mold your principles around. There's nothing wrong with that and everyone does it, including someone who chooses themselves as a master. I think choosing to follow yourself is dumb as hell unless you happen to know of your past lives and such knowledge, but hey, we all can choose.

What Steve is essentially talking about, is trying to adhere to the principles of evil masters, which is what 40% or more of religious texts, and what "going to church" are about. However, you can greatly benefit from assimilating positive religious principles.

However, the grand joke is that you're ALWAYS subscribed to a religion. What people believe is "non-religious" counts too.
