Thank you publicduende,but I'd like to have atleast 5000$ to my name outside of the plane ticket,before I move...just to be on the safer side.

Rentals in maastricht and outside the randstadt are pretty cheap for studios.

I'm talking like 700 euro a month.5000$ will give me a few months,with money for food and the odd 50$ hooker for not going crazy from celibacy like now,in a small studio outside the Randstadt,where I can find a job that matches my skills.

also if I first get a janitor and or CNA certification here,that would help immensely.I give myself a year to move.I can handle one more year.I should save up money by then maybe in the ballpark of 9k,and make the transition easier and soft.
