You're free to doubt it, but my Filipina girlfriend is quite literally the hottest Filipina I have ever personally seen or met, and I've lived in the Philippines for quite a few years. She's very 'mestiza' looking with a tall, pointed nose, perfect facial features, thick hair, fair skin. I'm a little over six feet myself, and my girlfriend is maybe 5'2" or 5'3", so she's far from tall but she's not tiny by Filipino standards either.
