Complaining does a couple of things, one we feel a little better afterwords. After years of being crapped on a little venting is healthy. Two, we want to give something back to our fellow man, a sort of social charity. Especially young guys are in need of this, after enduring years of the failing school and force feed politically correct bullshit that consistently leads to a life of misery.
