I've only tried to steer Tsar in the right direction because his interest in underage can get him into trouble with the law. It can also get him beat up or killed depending on the country.

This individual, whose identity will not be mentioned because he is below recognition, will be dealt with by the legal system. He has violated laws regarding harassment, stalking and excitement the violence. I'm sure the judge will not look favorably on a racist.

Pull the other one. You've always been against me since I made an appeal for Tsar. But it is fine. I don't care what your opinion is of me. I'm not going to ban you or anything just because of personal differences. We've been over this before.

You make out you're interested in helping Tsar, but then you try to provoke him, screw him over by trying to get him to break forum rules and stuff. From my point of view, as someone who genuinely cares for Tsar's wellbeing, I don't think you are a genuine friend to him. I think that he sees that as well. My advice to him as always been to completely avoid you.
