Opportunities Abound!

I have been researching several countries and business ideas within each of them, and it seems like the opportunities are in either countries where there is not much development yet or developed areas that focused on the top tier cities. It seems like value investing and flag theory are both in play in that the best life style flags are not the best business flags and the best place regulation wise and opportunity wise are somewhat not talked about. Central America looks promising.
