In the Philippines, it's exactly the same. Only, the girls will willingly throw themselves in the arm of some lewd politicians or old geriatric businessman, hoping to get a celebrity status boost, or simply a pack of cash.

Over here, and this might be a pan-Asian thing, you get respect for simply being rich, regardless of where your money came from.

Prostitution can be found all over the world. Just because some girls are whores and a country that doesn't mean all the girls in our country are whores. we've got some posters who are the sexpat type, and the impression that they get of a country and share on this forum may not accurately reflect the country.

My impression of Indonesia is that a lot of girls wait until marriage to have sex, but if I had gone to certain night clubs or taking up people up on offers for a massage outside of a hotel or something like that I might had it completely different impression of the country.

This is everywhere the same and not only in Vietnam or in Asia in general.

What is however surprising to me is the huge amount of money mentioned in these articles which some rich customers are obviously willing to pay for sex. That's plainly crazy.

If you look around you will find for sure just average simple girls by yourself who are willing to do that job much much cheaper and without any 'introduction service'.
