I will admit that Zelenskey is wasting men's lives in the east of Ukraine. Half of the people in eastern Ukraine are pro Russian and want to be with Russia. It was the same in Crimea. Half of the people or more wanted to be part of Russia.

If peace could be negotiated Zelensky could offer the Donbass to Russia and they could keep Crimea.

But as I said I don't think any peace can be negotiated because putin's objective is not to win or lose this war.

The people get the leader they deserve.
The problem is not Zelensky, it's his handlers, including the US dark state and Israel. They want this war to continue for as long as possible in the illusion (delusion?) that the Russian economy will be weakened enough that people will rise against Putin and oust him.

A classical war by proxy the US has got us used to.
...I f***ing hate both of those countries.

Yeah, I also hope this war will end soon and Ukrainians will live peacefully in their motherland. Though they will need to rebuild so much territory :(
But as far as I know, Ukrainians have already started working on it. There are great projects like those created by the algorytm public organization https://algorytm.ngo/en aimed at developing their cities and changing the conditions for the better. I do hope to see Ukraine free again soon.

KYIV, Ukraine (AP) — Ukrainian and Western leaders on Sunday welcomed a desperately needed aid package passed by the U.S. House of Representatives, as the Kremlin warned that passage of the bill would “further ruin” Ukraine and cause more deaths.

Ukrainian leaders and analysts say the long-awaited $61 billion military aid package — including $13.8 billion for Ukraine to buy weapons — will help slow Russia’s incremental advances in the war's third year — but that more will likely be needed for Kyiv to regain the offensive.

The House swiftly approved $95 billion in foreign aid for Ukraine, Israel and other U.S. allies in a rare Saturday session as Democrats and Republicans banded together after months of hard-right resistance over renewed American support for repelling Russia’s full-scale invasion.

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, who had warned that his country would lose the war without U.S. funding, said that he was grateful for the decision of U.S. lawmakers.
It seems after a long waiting something is now finally moving on politically and financially helping Ukraine to fight the Russian invasion.

While Ukraine has problems to fight the Russian invaders on land, it seems they are fairly successful to fight them on sea...

A large part of the Russian Black Sea Navy is destroyed, unable to attack Ukraine.
This is another ship which was operating for the Russian Navy, not a combat ship however.

A Russian salvage ship, the Kommuna, caught fire in the port of the temporarily occupied city of Sevastopol, Crimea, due to an operation by the Ukrainian Navy on 21 April.

This event occurred with the direct involvement of the Ukrainian Navy. The type of damage caused to the ship is being established, but early reports indicate that the ship is not fit to perform missions.

...the vessel was not a warship but, despite its age, it had been servicing the Russian Black Sea Fleet and was in working order.

The Russians had been using the Kommuna to survey the location where the Moskva – the flagship of Russia’s Black Sea Fleet – sank.

Russian media and Telegram channels reported explosions in the city of Sevastopol in Russian-occupied Crimea on the morning of 21 April.
The Russians later stated that a ship had been attacked by a missile.

There were also reports of a blaze on the Kommuna.

Russian open sources say the Kommuna is a support sea vessel of the Russian Navy, a submarine rescue ship.

This is happening, ironically, without the US having allocated a single dollar of their budget to protect their own borders.

Not really sure what you mean with that - a large part of the US-borders do not need protection, especially those towards Canada from Alaska and from Northern part of the USA.

I also do not think that the US Southern border towards Mexico could be invaded from a hostile country, whose president considers a '3 days special military operation.' Illegal immigrants yes, but not any military force which might create a danger for the US government.

BTW, not all US service men are living outside of the USA, there are various military installations within USA too.
