The current fideicomiso (or whatever its called) system system should work fine for retirees and beach bums.

A guy serious about industry can just locate in one of the cities, instead of right on the damn beach.

So I think the Mexes would be crazy to change things.

But I bet they will.

Which will present a GREAT buying opportunity.
