America's "female-dominated" workforce nightmare

Okay, America, just what is your big plan with the whole "female-dominated" workforce and what kind of nightmarish HELL will corporate America be living in in years to come!? I just got back from Wal-Mart and I've experienced the most disgusting attempt of Americunt "customer service" that I can remember. My plan was to walk in, purchase a money order, and leave - a simplistic 30-second transaction. What I got was 3 Americunt employees standing around like deer in the headlights, doing NOTHING to console the customer, as he waited for a fourth Americunt (with a "manager" title) to show up and continue to do NOTHING!

I was at the customer service desk buying a money order. I bought it, but the paper ran out after my money order printed. Americunt #1 said, "The machine ran out of paper, so we can't give you your money order." I thought, okay whatever. Then Americunt #2 doesn't really do much but stand there staring at me the whole time. This was awkward, and there just happened to be no customers, so she had plenty of time to gawk at me awkward the entire time. To make things less awkward, I pull out a $20-dollar-bill and kindly ask Americunt #1 if she can give me change for a 20 while we wait. She couldn't claiming her computer is shut. Americunt #2 couldn't do it on her computer either, too busy staring at me. Americunt #1 (who appearantly is new to the device known as her own walkie-talkie) finally calls on the overhead for someone to refill the paper. I get f***ing fed up and kindly ask for a refund - after all, I just thought I'd buy a money order there since I was in the area - money orders are actually cheaper at my local grocery store. Americunt #1 tells me that I cannot get a refund because appearantly when the money order machine has already printed the last slip of paper, the entire system shuts down - sounds f***ing screwey, but I went along with it, knowing damn well I was getting a full refund AND a gift card to compensate this bullshit. Americunt #3 arrives, and I ask, "Are you the manager?" She replied smugly, "I am the Customer Desk Registration Manager BLAH BLAH BLAH" and I said "GOOD. I need a refund." She walkie-talkied the other manager and told her to come to the front desk where we were, because "a customer is waiting".... Excuse me, but if I've been there for 20 f***ing minutes, with Americunt #1 not giving me a glimmer of consolation, Americunt #2 eye-f***ing me, and Americunt #3 called there for no reason than to watch the show and walkie-talkie the other other manager, then a customer is no longer "waiting" - he's "BEEN WAITING for a LONG TIME"! It may be Wal-Mart, but there's a professional way to communicate "SOMEBODY GET HERE NOW BECAUSE THIS PAYING CUSTOMER DESERVES GOD DAMN SERVICE" in an urgent respectful manner - men in the workplace, on the otherhand, tend to know this basic principle. Fifteen f***ing minutes later, Americunt #4 (the "manager") comes and doesn't even fix the problem or appologize to/compensate me. What the f**k? Eventually she brings a stack of money orders to Americunt #3 and it takes her FOREVER to reload the paper. Americunt #1 had no clue how to do a refund, so Americunt #1 & Americunt #3 had to open the cash drawer together and give me a cash refund for my debit transaction! Here's the kicker - Americunt #1 shorted me! I said "Do I get my full refund, or do you charge people to wait here for a half hour?" The stupid cunt gave me more change and was STILL short. I asked again for ALL of it, and she finally gave me my full cash refund. I followed Americunt #4 to the other side of the store because I thought the way she handled the situation was completely f***ing offensive. No apology, no "we want your busines and wanna give you a gift card" - just hands a stack of money orders to Americunt #3 and vanishes. Some "manager". Long story short, the cuntbag was nowhere in sight, so I ask random Americunt #5 to call Americunt #4 because I had a complaint that needed to be addressed to a manager (or lack thereof). Americunt #5 went in the "Employees Only" backroom and (of course) vanished. I was f***ing pissed off because my family was waiting for me and I had NO goddamn reason being in Wal-Mart for 30+ minutes at this time. And just then, a savior arrived - A MALE MANAGER walked around the corner! I asked if he is a Manager, he said yes, and I explain the distress of my experience there. Without cunt-filled bullshit, he walkie-talkied Americunt #1 and Americunt #2 at the customer service desk and said "Issue a $25-dollar gift card for this customer - He's on his way up now." I thanked him, and we both shared a brief unspoken look of "Why couldn't FIVE cunts do ONE task????"

This brings me to my question, what the f**k is America's plan on the whole "hire women while men lose their jobs and remain unemployed" movement? I've experienced today that 5 women cannot ensure customer service, but a man did in 10 seconds. I've been unemployed since June 2011, but I've never felt so SECURE being OUTSIDE of corporate America's net as I did just now! Okay, America, you take jobs away from men, you hire women (who are incompetent) on an obnoxiously high scale, so now what?? A year ago, my eyes were closed and I actually worshipped this disgusting, man-hating cunt nation.

Don't get me wrong, I love Wal-Mart - especially the low prices, but this female-dominated phenomenom is nearly EVERYWHERE I go. It's really a shame that most places of employment are 98% women who are incompetent in anything regarding customer service, advice, or professionalism | the other 2% are manginas who typically cannot answer even the most basic questions and usually have to summon a woman into the conversation for approval/assurance. It's sickening at best. Actually, the man who helped me at Wal-Mart was a RARE and upstanding example of the exception to this all-female workforce horseshit.

I'm ranting because I have never had a happy, male-dominated job. I grew up hearing the myths of how men are paid more than women, except I have NEVER had a job EVER where an incompetent woman was making less than me. Quite the contrary, actually, as my hard work, punctualness, professionalism, and ability to bring in a large customer base were rewarded by paying me the bare minimum while I watched brainless cunts - who never show up on time, who give every other customer some form of shitty attitude, and who half-ass every task - make a solid hefty income. Always. I never even had a job where some dumb cunt wasn't my supervisor in some way: Sports apparel retail store? Still had a dumb woman in charge. Online subscription billing firm? Still had a dumb woman in charge. Telemarketing office job? Still had a dumb woman in charge. Vacation planning office job for timeshares? Still had a dumb woman in charge. Subway restaurant? Still had a dumb woman in charge. This is the type of shit that spawns manginas! In modern America's female-dominated workforce, logical thinking and problem-solving go out the window, and are replaced by "needing approval" from the nearest woman.

All is lost in America due to this femocratic dogma ruling this nation. Take your money and deposit it abroad. I have done so methodically. You must report it yearly and pay any taxes, but it is away from this damaging society where men are now a lower caste.

I agree 100%, my best bosses have been men. I actually have heard women say at one of my jobs, that they would rather have a man for a boss than a woman! The reason they gave for that is because women are too emotional, too competitive with other women and not as fair minded as men. I couldn't agree more!

You're not alone on this one. I work in a female-dominated workplace but my boss is a man. He's the only male boss I've ever had out of all the jobs I've held before and truthfully he's the best boss I've ever had. A little over a year ago he succeeded a female boss that was a narcissistic micromanager who only created a hostile work environment. As for the women in the workplace, they are annoying, distracting, egotistical, immature, incompetent, tardy and unprofessional. They snap their gum, leave garbage lying around, socialize about non-work issues all day long and call in "sick" every Friday and Monday. Despite the change in leadership, I plan on getting out later this year as I cannot tolerate the Americunt nonsense much longer. Even in the current economy where jobs are a concern, quitting is worth the risk in order to preserve my sanity.

Amen, sometimes you have to quit a job even if you don't have another one lined up. I have done that in the past when I have had jobs that I absolutely hated with a passion. I would try to find another job before I quit the job I was at but sometimes I wound up quitting before I was able to find something else.

Studies have shown that staying in a toxic work environment is bad your for your mental health and your physical health.

Sometimes you have to quit your job or you go insane! Have you ever worked at a call center? Those jobs will drive you insane, talking on a phone all day long, dealing with angry customers, also your employer listens in to your calls and they go over some of your calls with you. You are being watched like a hawk at those jobs.

If you have money saved up in the bank to live on for at least 2 or 3 months, then by all means quit your miserable job.

Those jobs will beat down your self esteem and self confidence. Some call center jobs pay well but the turnover rate is through the roof. You either quit or get fired. Personally, I would rather quit!

I agree. Sometimes the best decision is leaving. I recommend allowing them to fire you rather than quitting your job. Being fired makes you eligible for Unemployment Insurance (i.e. free money to pay your bills), if you are fired correctly. I have done this at my recent most current job because I knew I wanted to leave, but I never quit. Let them fire you.
