Other guys have said the same thing. I have noticed that even in a crowded bookstore or grocery store, women seem fearful of men and do everything they can to avoid making eye contact with men. I can see if a woman is walking down a dark alley at night and there is a man walking towards her, that would cause her to become fearful of the man. I don't understand why they are so paranoid of men during the day even in crowded places.

Men who have traveled to Russia, eastern Europe, South America and the Philippines, say that the women DO NOT have that fearful look on their face and actually make eye contact with men and smile! Wow, what a nice change of pace from the way American women act towards men.

I am so used to women avoiding eye contact with men and having a paranoid look on their faces, that I love the idea of being in a country where the women are friendly and approachable!

Women in the US are scared to death of men for some reason. They either have a "paranoid look" on their face or an angry "scowl" on their face!
