Re: A sausage fest photo of a New York City park

The URL has the term "climate change" in it. I wouldn't take the photo/article too seriously.

Re: Sterile Starbucks Environment

I noticed that when Starbucks was a new thing, back in the 90's, people were receptive to socializing. These days nobody wants to really talk to a "stranger" at a Starbucks. It is not your fault. Women of today have Tinder & OKstupid. They didn't have these things back in the 90's, and therefore had...

I'll tell you why: genital warts, herpes, HIV, and the worst affliction of all - child support.

Re: Preferring to date men who earned 2-3x income

My ex girlfriend had a minimum salary threshold number she wanted me to be making to "qualify" to be in an official relationship with her. She told me this without asking.

Of course she saw no problems with her hypocritical lack of ambition, hobbies, or passions.

There's a reason she is my ex...

Re: What affects competition in the dating scene?

I am guilty of attempting this trend ONCE, because I wasn't having any luck with the women I wanted to date here in the USA. "Don't judge women by their external appearance" everyone kept telling me... She was extremely overweight, no real career, nothing special. At first she was kind of okay to be...

Re: What affects competition in the dating scene?

I agree, it is disturbing to see men groveling for sub-par women. I have no explanation for this behavior, other than our society has become so toxic that men are lowering their standards for "any woman". I'd guess that is why most of us found this website, right? To not settle?

Re: Job Pays ~$65K no degree required

If you are an attractive white American female, the odds are significantly better. The only positive example I know of (maybe this is the ONE person you are referring to, Devil Dog lol) is a cute petite white American girl. She makes over $100k doing the same work I used to do for less than half tha...

I personally don't recommend web development as a career to anyone. 15 years ago the average web monkey was a god & the pay was above average, but today you're seen as a burden who can be replaced by an outsourced Indian or Filipino.

Science nut: "I do as I am told by the Skeptics Guide podcasts, so I am most wise."

Religion nut: "I do as I am told by the Bible, so I am most wise."

Is one really more wise than the other?

I usually have to clean up after these outsourced shammers (and it's always a BIG GIGANTIC MESS)... so yeah I agree with this topic!
