Would you find this a good deal for a hostel in the Philip.?

Here is an idea I had: charge 14 a night, but include a mini locker, wifi, live tv and music, a microwave, a bathroom, a more intimate setting (only 8 people in a place), and an air conditioning unit. Would you find that to be a generally god deal for a hostel? And would turning a house into a hostel be a good idea? Is there any regulation on this?
