This is really a tin-foil hat moment... I am not saying small id chips can't be implanted in you somehow without you knowing. But to insinuate this is behind the increasing of tattoos in 1st work culture is a bit silly.

People that get tats IMHO are making up for something. So-called "Good Girls" get tats because they want to be more sexy/edgy and shed the image of being a Good Girl because they see the type of woman (especially White men) are attracted too.

There is a multitude of reasons and none of them are very good IMHO.
