1. Would it be recommended to incorporate in the Philippines to recruit local workers? I need web developers/programmers, and currently looking at posting lots of job ads/internship opportunity with equity stake in the startup, but thinking maybe i should setup some kind of basic entity first
2. What is easiest best way to setup a business? Are there structures that are smarter that maybe the filipino-chinese use? currently either looking at using a foreign non profit foundation sort of like how mozilla/wikipedia runs, or perhaps a cheap offshore company from NZealand ( Im based out of Australia but read NZ is no.1 for business )
3. Any locations that are better than others? Currently looking at davao or the fort area in makati, but really dislike the manila pollution and dirtiness ( any ideas on greener cleaner places to base out of in manila )
food for thought
