Why do you think Anglo societies unlike Korean don't try to fix the system and instead punish dissenters?

It seems:

Korean Society: If there's discontent then something is wrong with our policies, the system should be changed.

Anglo Society: : If there's discontent then the system should not be changed, the people who disagree are wrong and should be punished.

It seems Anglo societies work on principles (Puritan idealism) vs pragmatic realities(Is this ideology like feminism and others working) or is it making societies worst off?

Because the US is run by jews and they never intended to make policies that would ensure a healthy society in the first place. They want policies that will sow division between the races, the sexes, the old and the young. The reason they are doing this is because they believe a country divided against itself will be a society they can thrive in and unfortunately they're right. Jews have thrived in the US because they have added so many groups to the US that they've effectively balkanized it and made everyone hate each other so much that nobody notices what they're doing. Jews want white men to suffer so they intentionally promote feminism. And then they promote individualism and fool people into believing that individualism is conservative so that the conservative men never form a collective movement capable of throwing them out of power. American conservative men have been conditioned into believing that complaining about the state of modern society, and then rallying each other into a movement that seeks to change things directly for our own benefit is either cowardly, weak, selfish, or that there's something inherently leftist about trying to fix society. They've been conditioned into believing that the conservative thing to do is just mind your own business, figure out a way to adapt to modern degeneracy on a personal level, and not worry about what's happening on a society wide basis.

South Korea is not run by jews. It is still run by asians for asian people. Koreans have not been put under anywhere near as much conditioning as American men have. Just twenty years ago, South Korea was a full blown, 1950s style patriarchy. Feminism certainly existed in the 70s and 80s but it wasn't nearly as aggressive as the Megalian brand of feminism was. Hell even modern day American feminists are not as openly vile as the Megalians are. The Megalians were literally celebrating the abortion of male babies, talking about "killing male oppressors," bombing the streets with bloody tampons, and advocating for the genocide of Korean men.

Its not surprising that 85% of Korean men in their 20s now oppose feminism. I don't know what kind of madman you have to be to be in that 15% who still doesn't. One thing's for sure though. South Korea was steamrolling its way towards hardcore leftism and it literally only took a decade but the young South Korean men have stopped that movement dead in its tracks. The problem is that the man they elected to fight feminism appears to be yet another spineless conservative.
