Job applications are now asking "are you transgender?" Wtf is wrong with this damn country?
I don't know if this is limited to democrat states or not, but I swear job applications get more and more annoying. First there's all the "we are about diversity and inclusion" shit that's always a major turn off. When I see this on job applications I don't even want to apply for it. Now I'm seeing some that are actually asking if a person identifies as a tranny or not. I'm thinking to myself how trying to do anything in this country now annoys the f**k out of me...I honestly hate all this progressive shit. What I would do to go back to the 1990s or early 2000s when none of this garbage was even relevant. You went out to get a job application and you didn't see any of this diversity & inclusion shit in the ad, or someone wanting to know if you identify as a trans. This country is a goddamn disgrace to itself and to the world. I pray very few countries are imitating the U.S. because right about now I would rather just apply for a job overseas vs trying to work in the States with all the asinine crap they come up with.

LOL WTF.. did Rupaul Drag Queen made the applications or what? Totally disgusting!
It seems that companies have a quota to fill and they prefer you to check "yes" for transgender.

Do they include it in the male/female, hispanic, etc. section, the part they are not to review as a criteria to get the job (unless they are a minority.)
Giving people special rights for their sexual preferences is idiotic. The man who asks the top-heavy red-headed interviewer if the company is supportive of men who are sexually attracted to busty red-heads can have his resume tossed in the round file for being a creep. But the man who asks another man if the company is supportive of gays gets special legal protection. It is not fair. And now they want to give special legal protection for mentally ill people who are thinking about having surgery to have their genitals removed.
One of the arguments I have heard in favor of accepting transsexualism is that if you don't accept trans people they might commit suicide, because they have suicide rates. But they don't want you to call them mentally ill. If they aren't mentally ill or more inclined to it, then why do they have such high rates of suicide? Isn't being suicidal some kind of mental or emotional problem? They are also likely to have all kinds of other health problems.
As a customer, I would prefer not to have a dude-looks-like-a-lady touching my head to cut my hair or touching my food. Why pressure businesses to hire them? Why give them special rights?
Rejection is supposed to correlate with higher suicide rates for trans men (biological men I mean.) I also wonder if their suicide rates are so high, then doesn't encouraging young people to be trans by presenting it as something normal or 'brave' lead more of them into a category with higher suicide rates? Acceptance of it may lead to more suicides than rejection.

IMO, if your company wants to go in this direction, you can make a strong, vocal case that appeals to liberals. Asking people the details of their sexual life to try to get some kind of quota is putting pressure on people to 'out' themselves. Why should the boss put pressure on gays and trans people to 'come out of the closet' to fill some kind of quota?
They can't ask you your religion during a job interview in the US. Why should they ask you if you are trans?
They can already see the big hands and the Adam's apple, already, anyway. I have seen a few people in life where I didn't know the gender, though.

More and more Americans are identifying as LGBT (about 1 in 5 adults born since 1997). It's way to benefit from affirmative action if you're not a member of a racial minority group, female, disabled, or a veteran.
"Members of the LGBT-community are now often eligible for the same sort of hiring, promotion, supplier diversity, and other preferences once available only to women, nonwhites, the disabled, and veterans.... Gallup reports that, amid all the real or perceived benefits of becoming a member of this recently protected group, LGBT identification now stands at just over 7 percent, double what it was ten years ago, while 20.8 percent of Generation Z and 10.5 percent of Millennials identify as LGBT. According to Pew Research, just 52 percent of Generation Z is white. If you take out women, veterans, the disabled, and LGBT, just 15 percent to 20 percent of this most privileged generation do not belong to one or more protected tribes."

I would never claim that about myself just to benefit, I mean I am black, just very light skinned. So people sometimes assume I'm half white, but I'm not. I'm partially Native American. Just not some Cherokee bullshit most people claim to be because that's the only Indian they know of and it's the most common Indian that get mention in history books. I'm partially Lakota. I just say black because I don't have fully straight hair like a full blood Indian, I have crappy black people hair that's a bitch to manage if it's long. I think the blacks that get special treatment are the dark skinned ones. The light skinned blacks are often compared to white people, so we get treated the same way white people get treated in today's climate. That's cause the darkies see us light skins as a threat.Traveler wrote: ↑January 4th, 2023, 11:55 amMore and more Americans are identifying as LGBT (about 1 in 5 adults born since 1997). A man could still like women and claim to be 'nonbinary' and get some kind of special trans status. A woman could still like men, and claim to be 'nonbinary' and get some kind of special trans status. Do all 'progressives' have a mental illness? It is hard to tell where a stupid world view ends and mental illness begins. It's a sickness of the soul.
Teenage boys can claim to be trans women lesbian cross dressers. The guy identifies as a woman who likes women but dresses like a boy. Then he could join the women's volley ball team and shower with the girls. But he's so 'brave' for coming out and being himself. Wouldn't such a man be a hero?
Has there been a comedy movie about that yet?

All of this shit is to cripple the West to pave the way for nations that don't take this trash culture seriously. This is why you won't see it being advocated in places like China, North Korea, Islamic countries, or just any nation that can take advantage of the West' flat out ignorance can easily conquer this damn country. The only thing that's making America hard to attack is military force. Despite how woke it is, they still have all that advanced equipment that other countries don't have access to. China however still wants to be the next in line, they just don't want to try to conquer the entire world or police other nations like America tries to do. You're not going to see the Chinese telling Europeans how to run their own country.MrMan wrote: ↑January 4th, 2023, 12:33 pmA man could still like women and claim to be 'nonbinary' and get some kind of special trans status.
