Sociologists and Social workers profit of it. A chosen work force. And the law of jante is made to enforce certain strict mentality of chosen work force within work system.

So its basically a legalized scam. There is two types of people. Functional and retarded. That's it. This simply exploits people who on emotional or thought level don't think exactly like the power structure want them too? It robs you of free thought.

This is mainly in context to Norway and Sweden. Denmark is exception where it believes in work ethics and work encouragement. But Norway and Sweden is more prone to exploit humans this way, of getting them on drugs and mistrusting people in the work force.
