Mooching means freeloading. It's not about being untidy.

Tsar was a neet too. Well sort of. He had a University degree but couldn't find a job or didn't want to.

His family rejected him but he was able to obtain some sort of disability. He was getting $1000 month which enabled him to travel to Europe.

Last I heard he was in Western Ukraine dealing with hair loss. I hope the guy is alright
