Hey guys,
For those who have been to quite a few places, which country would you say is the most "tropical" out of all of them?
Let me define what I mean by tropical... when I think tropical, I think:
1. Naturally growing palm trees EVERYWHERE. On the coast, inland, up the mountains, down in the valleys. Everywhere you look there's palm trees to be seen.
2. Lots of crystal clear turquoise water. Rocks help too.
3. Beaches. Lots and lots of different types of beaches. Long stretches of white sand, rocky overhangs, just all different varieties.
4. Throw some dense jungle and a volcano or two into the mix for an added bonus.
Based on everything I've seen it seems that the Philippines wins, hands down. But that's all based on internet research done from the discomfort of my residence here in the USA, so I could be wrong. But I've never seen any other place with so many damn palm trees and beaches.
What do you guys think?
Most "tropical" place in the world?
