Your and You're aren't the mistakes a PhD should make.If I am in a faculty meeting with the English faculty, it can be comical the extent to which they haggle over wording of policies. If one wants to table a discussion without actually being so direct as to do so, one could suggest rewording a portion of a policy, then the English faculty go crazy. But other faculty do make spelling errors from time to time. This isn't all that serious, btw.
