Not sure, what you mean, but a part of covid-19 vaccine will be imported, likely produced in Switzerland, but nothing is really ready yet.

Japan, same as South Korea, is not in such a hurry about covid-19 vaccination.

Today in all Japan during the strongest 3rd wave of infection there are approx. 25.000 people under quarantine, about 145.000 already recovered and left hospitals and 2.555 deaths out of 126 million people - far less than in Europe or USA or Brazil etc.

Yes, I think it will be as safe as everywhere in the world at that time, as around April 2021 millions of people worldwide will be vaccinated already with various vaccines developed in several countries.

If there is any side effect, it should be known when Japan is starting to vaccinate its citizens.

Japan ready to approve COVID-19 vaccines, following Britain

The Japanese government is ready to approve COVID-19 vaccines, a senior official suggested Wednesday, following news that Britain has approved a vaccine jointly developed by U.S. drugmaker Pfizer Inc. and Germany’s BioNTech.

“If an application for approval (for a COVID-19 vaccine) is filed (in Japan), we’ll approve it after confirming the efficacy and safety,” Chief Cabinet Secretary Katsunobu Kato told a news conference.

“We’re waiting for action by (vaccine) developers,” the top government spokesman said. “We’ll keep in touch with the makers.”

The Japanese government has concluded contracts with three U.S. and British drugmakers to secure enough COVID-19 vaccines for 145 million people or more. It plans to allow medical workers and elderly people to get vaccinated first.

Once makers file for approval for potential vaccines, the health ministry is expected swiftly to examine and approve the applications for urgent imports of the vaccines.

Britain is the first advanced economy to approve a vaccine for the novel coronavirus responsible for COVID-19 respiratory disease.

The British approval is encouraging news for the administration of Prime Minister Yoshihide Suga, which is eager to restart international travel and hold the postponed Tokyo Olympics and Paralympics next summer.

The Japanese government aims to prepare COVID-19 vaccines, so that all citizens can receive vaccinations by the end of the first half of next year, ahead of the Tokyo Games, which is slated to kick off in July.

Takeda to supply Japan with Moderna’s COVID-19 vaccine

Takeda will import and distribute 50 million doses of the mRNA-1273 vaccine candidate under an agreement with Moderna and Government of Japan.

As part of a three-way commitment between Takeda Pharmaceutical Company Limited, Moderna and the Government of Japan’s Ministry of Health Labour and Welfare (MHLW), Takeda will import and distribute 50 million doses of Moderna’s COVID-19 vaccine candidate, mRNA-1273, starting in the first half of 2021. The distribution depends on the vaccine being licensed in Japan.

Under the terms of the agreement Takeda will be responsible for securing the necessary regulatory approvals prior to distributing the doses of mRNA-1273 and Moderna will provide the finished product and support Takeda’s development and regulatory efforts.

This new agreement follows an earlier one made by Takeda in August 2020 with Novavax, where the former announced it was establishing the capability to manufacture Novavax’s COVID‑19 vaccine candidate at its facilities in Japan. The company’s efforts to bring both COVID-19 vaccine candidates to Japan are supported by the MHLW and the Japan Agency for Medical Research and Development (AMED).

“Takeda is collaborating with the Japanese Government and vaccine developers to provide rapid and sustained access to COVID-19 vaccines in Japan,” said Dr Rajeev Venkayya, President of the Global Vaccine Business Unit at Takeda. “We have chosen to work with Novavax and Moderna, both of which have promising vaccine candidates, and will continue to support the global response to COVID-19 through R&D efforts across Takeda.”

Winston has written about struggling with mental illness. I think this year in particular, has been tough for those with special sensitivities to cope appropriately. Because if as you said, you have to get vaccinated to go abroad, I'd rather get it from Japan than the US, because Japan is less corrupt right? And has more conscience.

A promising Australian candidate for a coronavirus vaccine has been abandoned after trial participants returned false HIV positive results.

Australia had previously agreed to buy 51 million doses of the vaccine being developed by Australian firm CSL and the University of Queensland (UQ).

The government said orders of other vaccines would now fill the shortfall.

CSL and UQ stressed that the positive results were false - meaning trial participants' health was not at risk.

The Australian government said it had now entered an agreement for the Novavax vaccine, and upped its existing order of the Oxford/AstraZeneca vaccine.

The UK was the first to begin rolling out a vaccine from Pfizer this week.

What happened with the UQ/CSL vaccine?

The vaccine had been in stage one of trials, and proving to be effective in making antibodies.

But it also generated HIV antibodies in some recipients - which meant it showed false positives for HIV. Further testing proved the HIV wasn't there.

CSL and UQ said fixing the flaw would take about a year, prompting a decision to abandon the trial.

"It was likely to work. But we knew that we didn't want to have any issues with confidence, and this false-positive test may have caused some confusion and lack of confidence," said Brendan Murphy, secretary of Australia's Department of Health.

Australia on Friday stopped the further development of a COVID-19 vaccine candidate as several participants in the early-stage trials generated antibodies for HIV after receiving the potential therapeutic. There were no serious adverse events or safety concerns reported in the 216 participants of the phase 1 trial of the v451 COVID-19 vaccine candidate being developed by the University of Queensland (UQ) in collaboration with biotech company CSL, according to a statement. However, data showed that some patients developed antibodies towards fragments of a HIV protein (gp41), which was used to stabilise the vaccine, it said.

Following consultation with the Australian Government, UQ and CSL decided not to progress the vaccine candidate to phase 2 and 3 clinical trials.

Luc Montagnier is now 88 years old and his comments are highly questioned, he is often considered as 'confused' and is not taken seriously any longer.

I know not all conspiracy theories are true. But they often contain a kernel of truth and are based on some documents, whistleblowers, anomalies and discrepancies, sometimes corroborated by experts too, etc. And we all know that "where there's smoke, there's fire". So it makes you wonder. Doesn't it? Don't you ever ask "What if those claims are true..."? After all, life is full of surprises and sometimes truth is stranger and fiction. And if you think no one would do such things, look at history and look at Stalin, Mao, Pol Pot, etc.

I don't believe them. A conspiracy on that scale could not be hidden and, as far as I know, not a single person with insider knowledge of said conspiracy has come forward. But I'm talking about conspiracy in its classic sense, which means planning, close collaboration, coordination, organisation and top-down control.

My personal belief is that we live in a world of control-freak politicians, 99% of whom have a tendency toward socialism and/or 'Big Government'. It therefore seems likely that Covid, like the Global Warming bandwagon, would be hijacked and used to that end. It wouldn't even need to be 'masterminded', because there are sufficient people in positions of power with like-minded tendencies. It's just the way the world works now that socialists (in their various guises) have reached critical mass.

In 1906, a guy called William James wrote a paper titled, "The Moral Equivalent of War".

He was exploring alternatives to war as a means to drive massive societal change: something which would motivate and organise people in the way that war does, but without the cost and bloodshed. After WWI, this question took on great significance, as world leaders realised that people were prepared to endure great sacrifice during wars.

They realised that, if they could find something that was a big enough threat but was NOT war, people would make sacrifices for the good of society and the nation, without the devastation that war involves. This could include giving up the way of life to which the people were accustomed. They would put up with less food, fewer consumer goods, lesser quality of necessities, fewer services and greatly restricted or even the total confiscation of their rights.

In short, they would surrender to effective dictatorship, all in the name of ‘saving the nation.’

Most recently global warming was their great hope, but isn't getting enough traction, though they haven't given up yet. Covid might just provide the 'big threat' they're looking for.

Part of me is skeptical about this depopulation thing though. I mean if I was in on an evil conspiracy to depopulate the world, I wouldn't do it through a vaccine. I'd put something in the food and water supply to slowly kill people and release toxic poisonous chemicals or nanobots in the air through chemtrails at night too, when you can't see the jets high in the sky. That would be a far more logical way to do it without anyone noticing or creating a panic.

So part of me says that common sense says that these Covid vaccines should be ok. But I could be wrong.

Also, Japan and Switzerland are making vaccines too, and I highly doubt if those countries are as corrupt as America. I'd rather get a vaccine in those countries.
