Congratulations to your cousin and his new wife.

When it comes to dating, conformist Taiwanese tend to pair with other conformist Taiwanese and sometimes like-minded whites like Rock. I just can't see the two of us dating these types of ladies, hehe.

Mr. Rotten Banana, take it easy! Going out into nature is one of the best things you can do in the Western USA! I've always loved nature too, during my California days. Winston's nature traveling is just as real as anyone else's urban adventures.

That's very twisted. You obviously don't connect with nature and aren't spiritual. So you don't understand. The nature in America is really unparalleled.

Besides I was supposed to do this in September and be in China by now. My schedule is always backed up. It pisses me off more than you can imagine. Can you reverse time or slow it down? That would really help. That's what I really need right now.

Alright i'm glad you are going to China, what are you going to be doing there? Are you going to keep a trip diary like in Russia to chronicle your adventures?

You know. The usual. Traveling and dating, and going with the flow. Visit some ladies. Etc. That's what I was gonna do in beginning of 2012. I didn't ask the time to fly by like this!

What do your Taiwanese relatives think of you?

Why didn't you become a conformist Taiwanese and be a doctor or engineer? Didn't your parents discipline you like you were in the military? lol. Most of my Taiwanese relatives treat their kids as if they were in the military. It's crazy. I would never have tolerated that.

Ok good. That's all I wanted to hear. I'm glad you haven't given up on life yet. Maybe having some adventures in China will make you happy. I highly recommend Chengdu or Chongquing. Best looking girls supposedly come from there according to my dad who comes from that region. I have to say he's exactly right after I visited that province back in '07.
What do your Taiwanese relatives think of you?
I don't really care what they think, most of them are in America anyways and too occupied with their own family business to keep up with my daily activities. Plus my mom is only really close to a couple of her siblings. My parents are very understanding when it comes to my lifestyle but I have helped them a lot too in various ways.

It's never been in my nature to be conformist. Even as a kid I always enjoyed just going off exploring. I'd just ride off on my bike with a friend and we'd go to abandoned buildings, the woods, and all sorts of interesting places just to check it out and talk to different people. That movie Stand by Me could have been about my childhood too. Just replace one white kid out of that group with 1 one asian kid.

My parents tried to hammer me into the Taiwanese mentality growing up but it never worked and they finally just accepted it as it is. I did things my own way and still went to a decent school and became financially independent. I help them out with shit, i'm responsible, and I never got into trouble.

That about sums it up haha. But to be fair Winston could be much more successful than he is now if he knew how to market and apply himself properly. Maybe I should manage him and do PR shit.

His persona is so wacky and out there already in the fringes of the mainstream that it wouldn't take much to push him through to cult internet status.

Haha funny. But I never said they had meaningful lives. Unless you consider working at a demanding job all day and coming home to raise kids in a house to be a meaningful life. I'm not sure that I do. It's a life of ZERO freedom. So how do they tolerate it? How does one put up with zero freedom just to conform and have a "normal life"?

Ah, Winston. Maybe someday, as you lay dying in some third world hospital from untreatable super syphillis or something equally ridiculous, you'll have a realization as you stare at the ceiling fan slowly spinning above you. Sweat will be pouring from your aching body as you lay there alone, and the nurses, the last beautiful women you will ever see, will be too busy dealing with the patients they might actually be able to save. And the ones that, they secretly think, didn't do this to themselves.

And then it'll hit you as images come pouring through your brain, those last images as your life flashes before your eyes. You'll think of the son you neglected, the women that you easily could have loved but did not. The drinking and the hangovers, the parties and the loneliness that followed. "Maybe there was something more to life, something other than freedom and self gratification. Maybe life, like love, as as much about what you give as what you receive. Perhaps those sacrifices and things we do for the sake of others... Perhaps they enrich us in some way too... Maybe I missed out on some intrinsic part of being a person..."

And then nothing at all.

There was once a woman with a similar outlook on life to yours that an acquaintance of mine was caring for in hospice. She had no children, and lived a life of freedom and decadence. She came to regret her hollow existence in her old age, and just wished there were anyone in the world that cared enough to see her as her health deteriorated. Her last words, shortly before death, were simply, "why have I lived?"

If you were dying right now, what would you think about your life? What would you wish you had done? I highly doubt any answer you could come up with would involve "more hoes" or "more partying" because in the grand scheme of life, these things are meaningless. Think hard about your life and what you have to give in this world, lest you one day awake and wonder why you had lived at all.

Come on that's so narrow and cliched. You sound like conformist pep talk.

If I were dying right now, do you really expect that I would wish that I had gotten married and raised a family and spent more time with kids? lol

NO WAY! WRONG!

If I were dying now, I would wish that I had traveled more, dated more women, and gone back to Europe sooner, and gone to China earlier. Etc.

Remember that I follow my heart, so I have no regrets, other than not getting to my destination on time.

You also mischaracterize me. I do not party or indulge in hedonism and pleasure everyday. Most of my time is spent working or reading or studying or watching documentaries. I spend most of my time as a spiritual truth seeker. Not whoremonger. I do hoes occasionally and like to date multiple girls yeah. But that's not what I do most of the time. So you got me all wrong.

Furthermore, the hoes I had were NOT meaningless. They gave me some of the best sex and best GFE's. My only regret was not sleeping with the best ones again for a second or third time. So again, you got it wrong.

Plus you must have not read my testimonials and fan letters. I have helped a lot of people find happiness overseas and even marriages. So I have done something for others. Possibly I've saved guys from committing suicide too. A number of guys here have said that my stories inspired them to go abroad.

Unlike others, I did not dish out the usual BS pep talk about being confident and positive and raising your self-esteem, which is what others do, yet accomplishes nothing.

So you got me all wrong on many points. How could you be so much in error? Why are you so narrow?

One more thing for you to think about

Do you know the story of Siddhartha Buddha, the founder of Buddhism? He awakened many people with his Buddhist teachings which have become a major religion today.

When he grew up and had a wife and kids, he left them in pursuit of spiritual truth and the answer to human suffering. That's how his quest began. What if he didn't leave his wife and kids and just settled down into a normal life of raising a family in his palace like everyone else, and like every prince before him? If he did that, there would be nothing special about him. You would not have heard of him today, and Buddhism would not exist.

Would you prefer that? Would you prefer that Buddha did what was normal and raised a family without questioning things? Think about it.

Not saying that I'm Buddha. But I have a similar role of awakening people to truth and exposing the evils and ills of American culture and society that are not brought to light. So you know what I mean.

Try to see the big picture and broaden your tunnel vision ok?

HouseMD,
You would probably like the lyrics in this song "Never Been to Me" by Charlene.

http://www.stlyrics.com/lyrics/mewithou ... entome.htm

Hey lady, you lady, cursing at your life
You're a discontented mother and a regimented wife
I've no doubt you dream about the things you'll never do
But, I wish someone had talked to me
Like I wanna talk to you.....

Oh, I've been to Georgia and California and anywhere I could run
I took the hand of a preacher man and we made love in the sun
But I ran out of places and friendly faces because I had to be free
I've been to paradise but I've never been to me

Please lady, please lady, don't just walk away
'Cause I have this need to tell you why I'm all alone today
I can see so much of me still living in your eyes
Won't you share a part of a weary heart that has lived million lies....

Oh, I've been to Niece and the Isle of Greece while I've sipped champagne on a yacht
I've moved like Harlow in Monte Carlo and showed 'em what I've got
I've been undressed by kings and I've seen some things that a woman ain't supposed to see
I've been to paradise, but I've never been to me

[spoken]
Hey, you know what paradise is?
It's a lie, a fantasy we create about people and places as we'd like them to be
But you know what truth is?
It's that little baby you're holding, it's that man you fought with this morning
The same one you're going to make love with tonight
That's truth, that's love......

Sometimes I've been to crying for unborn children that might have made me complete
But I took the sweet life, I never knew I'd be bitter from the sweet
I've spent my life exploring the subtle whoring that costs too much to be free
Hey lady......
I've been to paradise, (I've been to paradise)
But I've never been to me

(I've been to Georgia and California, and anywhere I could run)
I've been to paradise, never been to me
(I've been to Neice and the isle of Greece while I've sipped champagne on a yacht)
I've been to paradise, never been to me
(I've been to cryin' for unborn children that might have made me complete)
I've been to paradise, never been to me
(I've been to Georgia and California, and anywhere I could run)
I've been to paradise, never been to me

Btw, can you read over my Trilemma description of the life of a married bored man vs. single lonely man vs. playboy and tell me which is best and why?

I would build your persona back up with the public by

1) Scheduling multiple trips for you to go on to various "interesting" countries where your good/bad exploits will be recorded in a journal sort of like what you did in Russia.

2) Several videos of you interacting with locals in every country you go to. This includes dates, hookers, etc..

3) Have you run a weekly "Winston's thoughts" type of column on this website where you can talk about anything that comes to your mind. The more controversial the better.

4) A bi-weekly podcast with special guests. You can invite whoever you want as long as it's entertaining, controversial, and comedic in all the right ways.

5) When your profile is built up you can do guest spots on other podcasts to build your internet persona

6) Merchandising line and meme building

7) HA Instructional videos.

8) Business sponsors when you reach a certain level of internet presence.

You'll be like some kind of fringe comedic Anthony Bourdain.

I think the VICE style of doing travel shows is right up your alley and would work with your persona.

Actually I was trying to broaden your world view. You call other behavior degenerate while living a lifestyle that, if all men lived it, would completely collapse society. You've done no truly great things, despite your delusions to the contrary. Just try and remember, a few years down the line, that there was a man who told you you would have some regret in regards to how you have dealt with your own child. Usually it's when a guy's health starts going. But who knows. You might be so self centered that it truly won't matter to you. There are people like that our there, after all, the ones so selfish they don't give a damn about anything but themselves. I just feel like if you never achieve fame or recognition, your life will end in regret.

But hey, I'm just some guy on the Internet, so whatever. You've got some good ideas and I don't dislike you, but that doesn't mean I won't tell you what I think about the views I don't agree with straight to your face. I'm very up front like that.
