Around $3000 after tax plus free housing and a bonus. I live in China for now. Hopefully I can get $4000 next year with my next job.

Well I achieved that with my new job plus some nice perks like free tuition for two children. I now get around £34000 after tax. There's also a lot of opportunity for career development. The downside is this job expects a lot more from you, I've gone from working 14 hours to working 44 hours which includes one evening a week till 8 pm as well as occasional weekend duty 3 times a semester.
