Should Public Duende be banned?

I was in a WhatsApp group and someone told me that @publicduende was with @Rock in the Philippines and PD stepped in and saved Rock from having to experience some kind of event that would have put him in a bad situation there. I know what was told to me but I won't describe it in detail on here.

That should say something about his good character as a man and a friend to keep.

Ah haha, I remember. Embarrassing story not just for him, but for me as well. I really don't know if I saved him or not, as that "bad situation" might have never happened in the first place. Still, after that episode Rock probably thought that I did something to embarrass him and when I met him at his usual spot in Makati, he pretended to ignore me. When I got next to him, he shooed me off with an excuse.

I never spoke to him since. And it's too bad, because, despite his weird behaviours, I had a lot of respect for him, and still do.

Yeah that was weird. The thing is, PD did Rock a favor. So I don't get why Rock holds a grudge against him? Maybe Rock felt that PD was taking the girl's side? Even so, why not? PD knew that girl too and she was a friend of his. I asked Rock about this a few times but he would never talk about it. He said he might tell me someday and that was that. Rock could be a little crazy. Who knows. Everyone here is a bit eccentric in some way.

I've met PD a few times at a restaurant for lunch with Rock. He is nice and intellectual but kind of rigid like most Italian men are. lol. And stubborn like Sophia Loren, the famous hotheaded Italian actress. lol

Why does this thread exist? PD is a normal guy and not a troll. He doesn't bash people with insults or mean nasty comments. Maybe he butt some heads with some posters and so they demonized him? That can happen too. Because we all like to see faults in others but never in ourselves.

PD do you remember if you ever said anything to Rock that he might have misinterpreted or misconstrued or taken the wrong way? Maybe he was mad that you took her side and betrayed him? That's the only thing I can think of.

Usually Rock will cool down and return to normal after an argument or flare up. But if something deeper happens, he cuts you off and sees that as a red line. He may have fragile emotions and beyond a certain point, he cannot tolerate them so he dumps them and ejects them from his life. He is autistic I heard and that may be a coping mechanism for him. Either way, it means he's not a real friend you can trust and rely on to be stable and loyal.

Yeah, the whole argument was stupid. Winston was suggesting that he go settle down in Europe on a shoestring budget and find a white girlfriend. PD was suggesting that he was unlikely to succeed. That should have been the end of the matter, but they both doubled down and went into absolutist mode. PD is to some extent at fault. After the first couple of posts he should have said something like “OK Winston, I think this might be a waste of your time and money for the reasons previously given, but it is your time and money and maybe you are right and I wish you all the best”. He didn’t do that for some reason.

That's a good point Cornfed. Yes PD should have said that. It would have been wise and reasonable. However, I was not in any absolutist mode. I am reasonable and see truth as being in the middle. My main argument to PD was that he was being too extreme and seeing 100 percent black and white. For example, he said that the people you meet while traveling are only superficial and do not result in lasting friendships. That may be true 90 percent of the time, but not 100 percent. Once in a while you will meet someone you have better chemistry and resonance with that will be a more real friend or relationship. That is how life works. Most girls I meet flake out yes, but a few do not and will see me again a second time or regularly. So nothing is 100 percent or 0 percent. That was my point. For some reason PD did not want to acknowledge that or accept that even though it's common sense. I never understood why. But that was my main point. I was not being absolutist at all if you think about it, just reasonable and going by past experience and common sense and the law of averages.

Also my soul is much more European than Asian or American. And I've always felt that I've had some past lives there. So I have good energy in Europe and good vibes and feel more comfortable there and feel like people there are more closer to being kindred spirits with me. That raises the law of averages I mentioned above and gives me some advantages that I would not otherwise have. When you resonate with a culture, you get more positive experiences there and more positive coincidences or synchronicities too. So that was the big picture I was conveying.

So I have good energy in Europe and good vibes and feel more comfortable there and feel like people there are more closer to being kindred spirits with me. That raises the law of averages I mentioned above and gives me some advantages that I would not otherwise have. I have never understood why you never took the plunge and moved to Europe. Another famous HAer of Italian ancestry (you know who he is) has been living in Bucharest, Romania, for at least a couple of years and has thoroughly enjoyed the culture, the food, the occasional encounters. He would swear that Bucharest is head & shoulders above any big US city, in terms of quality of life and quality of people.

Why don't you ever even think of leaving Taiwan or the Philippines and move to a place like that?

How can you say that your soul is "more European" if you have never been to Europe? And Europe is many different countries, each with their own distinct cultural qualities and differences. There is no one "European soul".

Europe is more formal and uptight than Asia is.
Places in SEA are like adult Disney Land (Pattaya, Angeles City, Bangkok, Ho Chi Minh).
Europe is for the aristocrats.

Furthermore, I don't think anyone can argue that certain countries in Asia literally have the most optimal women for marriage. Asian women have been genetically engineered to serve the pleasures of men.

Yes I've been to the Baltic States - Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia - and to Poland and Ukraine. I'm sure I've been to Europe in many of my past lives too remember? I mentioned this many times. I have met many Europeans during my travels and I always vibe good with them. Much more than with Americans. Their souls are cut from the same cloth as mine. They are full of creativity and open mindedness like me. But Asians think more in a straight line with narrowness and rigidity, as my friend Jon said.

Europe is not formal or uptight. That's in the movies when they show the aristocracy. Watch any Andre Rieu concert and you will see how laid back and relaxed it is. Especially in the Old Town.

I told you many times. I don't have my free will because something supernatural keeps blocking me and hampering my free will. Ask God what it is. You aren't listening. If I had my free will open and unimpeded, I wouldn't be complaining.

Some parts of Europe are expensive and some aren't. Eastern Europe is cheaper. Czech Republic used to be dirt cheap in the 80s and 90s. We should have went then. Spain has lower cost of living too. So does Greece. Not all of Europe is expensive like UK or Switzerland. You forget Europe has a lot of p4p too so you can always pay for sex. Many guys say getting sex and women is easier in Europe than America. But it might not be easy for everyone. It's definitely easier to get dates and kisses there.

Remember this free kiss I got in Latvia with a girl I met at the train station? The kiss was longer than this but the girl recording it pushed the stop button accidentally.



Also this random girl on the street in Latvia that kissed me after I gave her a donation. I asked for a kiss in exchange and she said sure and kissed me on the lips. See below. That would never happen in the US. So you see it is easier to get kisses in Europe at least than the USA.
