Tsar has finally been banned at the advice of some of my advisors. I don't understand why he got so much attention here and why there were so many threads about him. Why did you guys give him so much attention? Why was he so interesting? I found his posts incoherent and just full of strange ramblings that had no point or meaning.

I'm also gonna put some of his most offending threads in the NSFW section. So if you are seeking some of his threads or threads about him, you can look in the NSFW section too.

Its rather pointless to ban someone from a forum that's barely alive and kicking anymore, you use to have a ton of members on here seven or eight years ago. But I wasn't a member of this site back then. I use to just come on here to read the comments then leave. Didn't bother about joining until the site started to fade. Your site does remind me of the early 2000s, like 2003. But those days are long gone...Now the web is just boring and depressing like every other aspect of life.

Well, members here tried to help him, but it was obviously hopeless.

I think, Tsar is somehow mentally ill. I also had some short talk with him, ending without any advice how to help him.
He lives in a strange fantasy world.

He is US citizen, but also told me, he has an Italian passport and therefore he can travel within EU easily and he has a secure income, a budget of approx. euro 1000 per month. That's fine.

But about his ideas regarding minor age girls, I told him he cannot just travel around without changing his mindset.

Euro 1000 will be enough for a simple life as a single, but not for much more than that. About girls, I told him if he wants to stay out of legal troubles make sure the girls you approach are at least 18, here in Asia even better 20+.

I did not continue to exchange a conversation with him, he does not listen anyway.

Abount banning him, I don't know - maybe yes, maybe no. I can only say, a very strange person. However I never saw any abusive or insulting messages from him against me or any other members, who did not agree with him.
