I know that back then I had to show my papers before getting on the plane. If I didn't take the jab I would have lost the money for the plane ticket. It was a calculated risk and I suffered no complications from the 2x Moderna.

Perhaps Jester suffered from a pre-existing health condition or it may have been an air bubble that slowly worked its way to his heart that caused him to have a heart attack. We don't know these things and it's doubtful his family would be able to successfully sue a third world country. No little peon has rights over there

I'm assuming you know the circumstances of Jester's passing -- heart attack 12 hours after getting the covid shot, which he didn't need to get. He mistakenly thought it was necessary in order to return to the U.S. from the Philippines. The irony is deep because otherwise he was unwilling to get the jab.

I never met Jester in person but knew him a bit through this forum and some private messages. I thought he was terrific -- super intelligent and very funny. Very politically incorrect, or unwoke, to use a more up-to-date term. He was a prolific poster here -- used to joke that Winston should pay him for providing most of the forum's content -- but took some hiatuses and stopped posting altogether in 2015 (except for one later post). He roomed in the Philippines with a poster here called public duende, who you can get in touch with through a PM on this site. He's a very intelligent guy as well and can provide you with a lot of info.

Jester was a larger-than-life figure here and I can imagine what a void he left in your life. He was exceptional, and you've got that in you too.

He could have flown to the US without a covid shot and would have been allowed to enter and be quarantined at home. I am surprised he got the jab since he was a truther and didn't trust the government.

Public duende told me. I believe he was told by somebody in Jester's family -- a brother perhaps? He also sent along an obit. There was at least one thread here about it, circa early 2022, I believe.

There's no lawsuit there. The government must consent to being sued, and in any case what Jester believed to be a requirement was not in fact a requirement. And even if you could get the suit into court you would still have to prove causation. Remember the narrative's constant refrain: "Correlation is not causation?" Lots and lots of correlation at this point.

When you log in, check mark the box that says "keep me logged in". I don't know how to bookmark a thread. If you can do that just click on the options or tools icon above or below each thread. It may pull up options to bookmark a thread.

At that time they were checking your papers in the airport. You could not board the plane without showing them proof of vaccination. What Jester might have done is forged his vaccination papers. I heard it was done and they didn't check them that closely at the airport

Not for Americans returning to America. You didn't need to be vaccinated to return to the US if you were a US citizen. I checked. That must be misinformation because some people told me that too but when I researched it online I found out it wasn't true.
