Whodi I don't know why he said Europe because I don't recall @Winston ever saying he's been to Europe. Only Russia and Asia. I have been in Colombia about 6 months this year and can assure you the Latin people in South America will not let their countries be invaded.

There is a process in Peru where you can become a citizen and it's relatively straightforward from what someone told me who is an American now living in Peru.
