interesting, ... but I'm sure women watch porn too lol ... I can see how a child would be bored & disinterested in an average classroom if they're addicted to video games; especially one with not much digital interaction at school.
We were never bought video games ever growing up, we played outside. & didn't have use of a PC at home until 1995.

but there could be some truth to this as too much of anything isn't good ... must be used in moderation.

Yeah, I was like that. No one liked me, and school was really boring! So I looked forward to video games. I played outside too, but video games were something to look forward to when I came home

I think women find porn amusing and entertaining. However, they don't become addicted to it like men do, to the point of completely losing interest in the opposite sex. Correct me if I'm wrong.

I think women are more likely to be become addicted to internet chat rooms like facebook or sexting on a phone because they find the communication more emotionally "stimulating".

I think porn can be ok and I think it can actually help some guys out, but it does have it downside. Quite a few men do become addicted to it to the point it goes from a fantasy, to quite the hobby or "fix" they have to receive. Porn for me is ok, but not my cup of tea...it's too embarrassing, gross, and fake mostly. (Hentai fan!) Sometimes I think porn shifts perception wise what a male believes a female should look like naturally. From an earthy healthy image to a over-sexualized sex doll. They expect it to be whatever they see on screen and it's often not exactly that way.

As for videogames I think people who are heavily into stimulation via violence, graphics, and fantasy can easily be sucked into the world of gaming. Especially if they have very little interaction with the outside world or other people in general. If there's nothing to counteract the stimulation of gaming then yeah you get a lot of dependents. Most of my friends and myself are gamers and we do enjoy playing a variety of things, but while we may discuss them and etc...they don't run our lives or occupy it to the point where there's nothing else. Their just for fun and entertainment above all. We know gaming can be addictive for a lot of males, but something needs to counteract that affect.

So "ruined" means the lads are not willing to be slaves and then financially ruined in divorce. Gee. I can not imagine while a young man would want to avoid divorce. After all. In my divorce my children were kidnapped, my house was stolen, my business was destroyed and everyone HATED ON ME for "complaining". Lads? Refuse to marry point blank. Remember, if you grow up and work your arse off and marry and raise children like I DID then you will most likely be screwed over in divorce.

I now appear much more as "arrested development" than "grown up" and it is MUCH more fun to be that way. The whole "grow up" statement is just more man-hatred and shaming language.

I like playing videogames myself, and I couldn't imagine myself playing for 4 1/2 hours straight (1/4 of the time), let alone 18.

I'm not trying to slam men in any way. I'm divorced too, I know what your going through.

Theres a lot of things that are addicting(women with big boobs, gaming, drinking etc..) and can take over your life, as long as your aware of it you can prevent it before something bad happens.
