This is the closest you will get to red pill type thinking in the mainstream. Unfortunately, this article will be relegated to the fringes and most men who read this will be like Icarus. Their wings will fall off because they tried to fly too close to the sun. U.S. Society will slap them down hard when they see any form of dissent happening. Even in that article you see kneejerk women shouting down the guys who are agreeing with why marriage is bad.
To a large extent it's American men who allow themselves to be manipulated in this way. I have little sympathy at the end of the day.

She is actually on our side. However, her well-intentioned book, Men On Strike, is a day late and a dollar short as we already know the story she is telling.kai1275 wrote:So what... Another PC/Pop culture article from a feminist apologist. Yawn. Nothing new to see here....
The value in her book is that it could be a vessel for the message to creep into the mainstream.
She is not on our side! Women that wrote anti-feminism books are the types on our side, although most of you would reject most of them because they are religious or too Christian for your heavy Atheism mindsets.Contrarian Expatriate wrote:She is actually on our side. All she does is offer mainstream views on what "some" men are doing. There are millions of these kinds of articles all over MSM. Anyone, male or female, unwilling to address the 800 pound gorilla in the room (Feminism), is not our friend. Especially if they are not going to bother telling women what they can do to fix the problem. Most American women reading her article probably shrugged and said, "So f***ing what!"....

Sluts are not marriage quality. Most American/Western women have had between 7 - 12 sex partners by age 21. No man with a sense of pride and honor would marry a slut. Most American women aren't marriage quality. Rejecting marriage with sluts is the proper thing.
The slut wants a diamond ring, a wedding ring, a party, and then she gets all the benefits of divorce law. The man would be getting a slut, have a 50%-70% chance of divorce (depending on how much of a slut she is, 1 prior partner=50% divorce rating), he would have to pay the slut 50% of his assets, possibly alimony, and then child support if he chooses to have a child with a slut. Sluts don't make good mothers. Sluts are irresponsible, reckless, and narcissists. To a slut the child is an object they can show off and get benefits from. The slut also knows that divorcing the man she can keep the child, collect child support, and find a "more desirable" white knight mangina to accept her even if she has a child.
An engagement ring was used as "virginity insurance" so if the man left the woman after taking her virginity she would still have something to sell and support herself.

Not a virgin, then no engagement ring for the woman. Not a virgin, then the woman shouldn't be wearing white at her wedding.

I suggest you do some research on Helen Smith and read her book because you have a gross misconception of her general thesis.kai1275 wrote:She is not on our side! I read her article. It does not address anything I posted about. If her book is so vastly different, why then did she bother not to address this in her article? Because it is a Huffington Post article! Cannot attack feminism on a website created by one that strongly supports it.Contrarian Expatriate wrote:I suggest you do some research on Helen Smith and read her book because you have a gross misconception of her general thesis.kai1275 wrote:She is not on our side! Yes, and the fact that it is coming from a woman will mean a hell of a lot more to the media than it will coming from a man. Men have been saying the same things that she has been saying for years, but as usual we are all worthless and need to "man up" when we have issues to discuss. Unfortunately, the only way the media will take it seriously is if it comes from women such as Dr. Helen.Contrarian Expatriate wrote:She is actually on our side. Dude, seriously? Read the freakin book! Articles don't count. I read it, and I can vouch for the way she presents the content. Not one word in each chapter favors the western woman. The whole book surrounds the kind of bullshit that us men have to go through in western society from our own perspective. You will see that she is supportive in her tone. It is an easy read. Believe me, you will nod in agreement with everything that she talks about.kai1275 wrote:She is not on our side! If you still don't believe me, then just listen to this interview and the way she talks:

Guyver if that is you in your Avatar you are one mean looking Mother Fuc ker, anyhow the media will not take it seriously no matter what. They work for the credit monopoly just like the rest of us and do as they are told by the people supplying them with their digits. To do UN 21 they must overturn male power.Guyver wrote:Yes, and the fact that it is coming from a woman will mean a hell of a lot more to the media than it will coming from a man. ↑ Men on Strike book review ↑
This review reminds me of the typical defensive mechanism I encountered after I've let a few female relatives read this book.
↓Their remarks ↓
"Not all women are like that"
"She must have been abused as a child (which is why she studied 'psychology')"
"Men are also bad too"
"Those men are a bunch of cowards who are 'afraid' of commitment"
Western Women... pff...

Who cares? She is spreading the truth and talking about things that are saving men from themselves.Moretorque wrote: ↑August 19th, 2020, 12:51 pmI wonder if this gal ever found somebody to have a family with ?IraqVet2003 wrote: ↑August 19th, 2020, 3:22 amGreat book!!!Johnny wrote: ↑August 28th, 2013, 10:05 amhttp://www.huffingtonpost.com/helen-smi ... 67778.html
