One particular dysfunctionality of Western women

As we all know, us men are not allowed to show any kind of excessive interest in women, nudity or sex. To do so would be considered perverse and out-of-bounds for any male; be it at work, school or any other social situation. I remember this one college I went to had a policy of no notebooks(laptops) being allowed in class. The reason being was that some people(guys) would watch porn and inherently distract others(women). And at work all the prohibited sexual harassment policies explicitly target male flirting behavior, as well as looking(!) at woman in a certain way could be considered sexual harassment.
But then also, I've frequently found myself in situations where sexually explicit things were being said by women and gauging of my reaction followed shortly, which was always neutral and 'no-comment' type of reaction from me. And then later I would be judged upon that and labeled as either weird, not-interested and/or gay at the same time. See, women constantly shit-test you and play games like that. I feel very sorry for the guys that actually put up with all this crap for the sake of relationship or the guys that have to work in female-dominated work environments where shit like this takes place non-stop.
So my question is: how are you supposed to react to their never-ending games, shit-tests and bullshit(Des conneries!)?
Ignoring and reacting neutrally gets you labeled weird and gay, but showing interest in sexually explicit things makes you a pervert and a creep!
Where is the happy medium in all this 'gros bordel de merde'? Ahh?!

I am not a corporate minion, so I must defer to those who are and who manage to exist in such equivocal environments.

But my personal reaction, is:
Don't feign interest or arousal in AW when they shit-test you.
Be all business.

I am reminded of a story of one of the precursors to the Tokugawa Shogunate in Japan, I'm not sure if it was Nobunanga or Hideyoshi. Both were warlords who managed to rule all of Japan and subjugate all the independent daimyo (feudal lords), thus creating a centralized national state back in the 1600's.

Anyway, whoever it was, lets say it was Nobunanga, wanted a big castle built. He made EVERYONE work, including the samurai aristocracy. He walked around every day inspecting the work. One day he observed a young samurai lustily momentarily halting his work to watch a hot young girl mincing by. Without hesitation, Nobunanga drew his sword and cut off the young man's head.

Work continued without further interruptions.

This to me is the instructive parable re how to deal with AW in the workplace. Don't lose your head. Be Nobunanga.

Here's the controversial answer to men living in America ... buy a RealDoll. Then, develop a ritual of banging the doll, whenever you have a morning erection. Soon, your urges will not follow you during your work day. Whatever you do, do not imagine that doll to be a real person. That's the road to becoming delusional, which is becoming more frequent these days.

Afterwards, as you meet women who play games ... the answer to their shenanigans is always something like 'whatever' and 'I don't talk about that stuff at school/work' which indicates that you have a life, outside of conversing with them.

What seems to baffle me is that there are guys out there that actually do participate in all their bullshit games and schemes. (waiters/bartenders in any restaurant/bar type of place) Why would anyone want to engage in that? I mean any little comment or any little action could permanently blacklist you and make you a pervert or a creep. The odds are heavily stacked against you, so anyone who tries to engage them on that level is reckless and stupid. It could mean your reputation, your career and your freedom. The laws, sexual harassment policies and the opinion of the people around you will always be heavily in the woman's favor, so why even subject yourself to such an unfair meaningless gamble? The chances of developing a relationship or anything of that matter from that is slim to none. Are these men all stupid to f....ck?

The thing that I find is if people are awake and realize they are being played by our masters it solves pretty much most problems, one thing I am noticing for sure is people no longer think I am crazy about what is going on once they look at the Common Core school curriculum.

Not all women are like that but 80 to 90% are like most to stupid to realize they are a rat in a experiment.
