In America, men have no rights.
In America, men have no rights.
Anyone who has gotten in trouble with the police, including a trespass warning from their favorite bar or restaurant, has likely noticed that the police only listen to the woman. They don't listen to the man at all, and the man gets all of the punishment.
This can only mean one thing; men have no rights in America anymore. Only women have rights. America is one country where women can, through the law, literally destroy a man's life and reduce it to shambles. It can easily take as little as a few months for a guy who is a social butterfly, especially if he has a mental disability of some sort, to get banned from an entire nightlife atmosphere. Even to the point where he risks arrest and imprisonment just for being outdoors.
For guys, modern day America is more a prison than a country. And for guys especially, few countries are more prison-like than America. Men have no rights in America anymore. Only women do.

Re: In America, men have no rights.
This is true, USA is not a nice place to live if you are a man and like to meet reasonable women. I always consider USA as something like a 'sex-prison' for men. Whatever you do when meeting a female it can be used against you, even 20 years later. There are plenty of false accusations and most women are getting away with it.Mercury wrote:Anyone who has gotten in trouble with the police, including a trespass warning from their favorite bar or restaurant, has likely noticed that the police only listen to the woman. In USA, as an ordinary man, the best is likely to remain single, to save money only for yourself, and about women, say 'good morning' when entering your workplace and say 'good-bye' when going home, even not looking at those female co-workers sitting next to you. No private conversation about anything.
Somewhat a sad life-style, but the only way to survive in such countries. It's not only USA, some other countries (UK, Australia etc.) are not much better, sometimes even worse.
The sad situation for men in USA is the reason why this forum HA does exist. In USA the only way to interact with reasonable females is to get on an airplane for a long international flight and to meet them abroad.
Situation is a bit better in Continental Europe, countries are small, most people have passports and using only your car or trains you can travel fairly far away from your own home and meet different people who speak a different language, eat different food, are communicative and not offended or insulted all the time, and there is no objection about looking out for a foreign wife, you can easily invite her to visit you in EU.

You are right! I call the phenomenon the "Jane Crow" nature of American laws as opposed to "Jim Crow" laws of yesteryear.

Well the generations above 21 are all cuck beta male manginas who will defend these man-hating bitches. But under 21, the GenZ, is redpilled to feminism and they will not tolerate this shit anymore. So once the older generations die off and lose power, GenZ and the youth can fix this shit.

Our rights are being taken away by freemason trannies.

OMG!
You are so right. Look at the latest post on this forum. “ I need advice. A criminal police man has ruined my life “ it is by me.
This is unbelievable. I gotta get out of this country.

It's trading time for money, not slavery.Pixel--Dude wrote: ↑January 20th, 2024, 2:36 amI don't think any of us really have any rights. We are afforded the illusion of basic human rights. I spoke with @MrMan about this. What can be more of a basic human need than the right to eat or the right to property and then freedom of travel. Unless you're willing to sacrifice you're entire life working as a slave you're not truly entitled to any of these things. They are conditional benefits to participating in a slave system where you are expected to trade the most valuable commodity of all: your time, in exchange for the most basic of human rights. This system is utterly predatory and disgusting.
If you inherited a million Euros and you want to buy food, you have to give up money to buy the food. You could say, "This is slavery! How do I have any human rights. I don't get to keep the million dollars. I have to give up some of this money just to eat? If I don't have the right to food, I'm a slave." You could say it, but it would be idiotic nonsense.
If there were a big bomb that went off and ever human died but you for 1000 miles, but the land goes back to normal after the explosion and the animals are alive, but knocks out the power and ruins all the canned and prepackaged food, after the frozen food starts to stink, what would you have to do? You would have to hunt, fish, forage, or farm. If you don't do that, you don't eat.
Imagine 5 people are left. They are out picking berries, digging up roots, catching fish, hunting deer, cattle, and birds. But you decide that you have a right to just eat, travel, and enjoy themselves, so you wander around playing all day, then expect them to feed you. Would it be right to do that? Do you have the right to make them support a lazy bum because of your human 'right' to eat?
Re: In America, men have no rights.
The statement "In America, men have no rights" is inaccurate. The United States has a legal framework that guarantees fundamental rights to all individuals, regardless of gender. The Constitution and various laws protect men's rights in areas such as freedom of speech, religion, and equal protection under the law. It's essential to recognize that discussions around gender issues aim to promote equality and address challenges faced by both men and women. Assertions suggesting a lack of rights for men in America oversimplify a complex societal landscape and may not accurately reflect the legal and social realities.

Thanks for the only sane response.Johanna wrote: ↑January 26th, 2024, 4:23 amThe statement "In America, men have no rights" is inaccurate. Also worth noting that a man can get accused of rape or sexual "assault" in any country and get screwed over that way anywhere.
How about some ho in the 3rd world that just wants to get a uterus full of your man cream so she poop out another baby and can claim you as her personal ATM forever? Or maybe she lies about her age so she can use interpol to leverage your financials.
At least in the USA you can be tried by 12 of your peers, whereas in the 3rd world a judge (a government agent) gets to decide your fate. There's no such thing as a corrupt judge in the 3rd world.

Also, not too relevant, to the original post, but name a 3rd world shithole whose constitution affirms your god-given right to own firearms.
3rd world countries want you poor, unarmed, and at the mercy of their inept police and government officials as well as their hordes of citizen criminals.
Bro, do you even live in the 3rd world? I feel a lot of the people on here are anti-social or painfully shy, and have only ever travelled outside of their home country, but not actually lived anywhere else for multiple years at a time. Their views are likely molded by them experiencing travel highs as well as female attention due primarily to phenotypical differences.

You get to live like a king over there with your U.S money, but third world like Philippines have inept, corrupt government and police and
the locals think your some walking ATM machine. Plus the humidity, pollution, lack of regulations, lack of human rights, and women with greedy and black hearts.
Even Winston, Public duende, Ladislav, and others are complaining about why Philippines sucks.

Re: In America, men have no rights.
Insane, isn't it? The highest incarceration rates are in the deep south. The FBI and Homeland Security clearly are arresting thousands of people per day for talking to strangers and making friends, and are really putting their iron foot down on southern hospitality. In many cases, the police are no longer being called, but are simply approaching meetups they see like predators.
As in, you, a guy, approach a group of women in Louisiana or Mississippi, and then about ten minutes later you all hear; "What's going on here? This man was by himself earlier!" Everyone turns and sees two police officers right on everyones' back. A bit of explanations on each side and then the police are; "All of you, put your hands behind your backs! You are all under arrest for statutory stalking and economic disruption! We don't know what country you're from where you can let anyone join you, but in the United States of America, it absolutely does not fly at all!" And those police officers arresting everyone, they even could be FBI or Homeland Security officers!

The South is a shithole. It's where I'm from. You can feel the seconds of your life waste away living there.
Looks like Washington, Minnesota, and Maine have more normal people who obey the law.

Re: In America, men have no rights.
I asked ChatGPT, "what are some of the safest states to live in the United States?"
Guess what, those are the states with the most white people and least amount of blacks.
1. Vermont: Vermont consistently ranks as one of the safest states. It has relatively low crime rates and is known for its picturesque landscapes and tight-knit communities.
2. Maine: Maine is another state with a reputation for safety. Its low crime rates contribute to its overall sense of security, particularly in smaller towns and rural areas.
3. New Hampshire: New Hampshire has low crime rates and is often ranked as one of the safest states in the nation. Its strong sense of community and rural landscapes contribute to the feeling of safety.
4. Idaho: Idaho is known for its natural beauty and has lower crime rates compared to the national average. It is often considered a safe state to live in.
5. Wyoming: Wyoming's low population density and a focus on community safety contribute to its overall reputation as a safe state. However, safety can vary between urban and rural areas.
6. South Dakota: South Dakota is known for its friendly communities and generally low crime rates, making it one of the safer states in the U.S.
7. North Dakota: Similar to South Dakota, North Dakota has low crime rates and is considered a safe place to live. The state's economy and strong sense of community contribute to overall safety.
8. Hawaii: While Hawaii has a relatively low crime rate compared to many mainland states, it is essential to consider factors like the cost of living and potential natural disasters.
9. Utah: Utah often ranks as one of the safest states, with low crime rates and a strong sense of community. The state's growing economy and outdoor amenities contribute to its appeal.
10. Minnesota: Minnesota is known for its high quality of life and generally low crime rates. The Twin Cities, Minneapolis and St. Paul, have more urban considerations, but many areas of the state are considered safe.
It's crucial to note that safety can be subjective, and personal preferences and priorities may influence an individual's perception of what constitutes a safe place to live. Additionally, within any state, specific cities or neighborhoods may have different safety profiles. Before making a decision, it's recommended to research specific areas, consider local crime rates, and evaluate community amenities and services.
