Nationwide institutionalization of all men 18 and older without a girlfriend in America likely in the future.

There are rumors, and there are Internet posts going around, of people in the United States that are wanting permanent and default institutionalization of all men that are 18 years of age and older without a woman in their lives. As in, a guy has no girlfriend by high school graduation, and he is promptly arrested at his high school graduation ceremony and institutionalized the same day, never to set foot outdoors or in the community ever again. No chance of him ever being allowed to go to his 10 year, 20 year; no, not even his 70 year high school reunion. And I can easily see it happening in the very near future in the United States. America as a nation, I can see it shortly becoming like a community that, even though they have not seen any severe weather in over 2 or 3 years, has decided to cut down every single Silver Maple tree and replace them all with oak trees.

Mercury might have some legitimate observations about America but his credibility is greatly affected by being mentally ill and refusing to get treated. That is why he is socially ostracised, he makes people uncomfortable and rather than dealing with it as quickly as possible so he can make friends and date he uses online communities to complain about people and businesses to get his revenge. While leaving out the reason those people wanted to get rid of him. He has a terrible personality which might be a result of his mental illness, he presents himself as perfect and the whole world is conspiring against him. The media pushes extreme examples to represent an entire gender or an entire city or state and Mercury does the same. Just like the media he does not have the best intentions for American society and he is making things worse for American men and for himself when he posts deranged rants and exaggerations like this. And being mentally ill maybe that is exactly what he wants.

Maybe one day he'll stop posting about other people and businesses who rejected him and post about his problems on mental health forums, then he might actually get somewhere and improve his social life.
