Anyway, rent doesn't equal affordable housing. Private equity and rich landowners bought most of the homes in America after the Financial Crisis with cash and maybe almost 0% mortgages for property owners wanting to buy more and more.

Guess we'll see what the economic future holds for America but it doesn't look good. The numbers are worse than the Financial Crisis and incomes are lower, costs and expenses are higher, and most people never recovered from the Financial Crisis...
