The city will be in siberia under a giant glass dome
All the worlds food will be taken inside the dome and only the successful and the strong will be allowed to live inside the dome

The temperature inside my dome will always be subtropical temperatures with palm trees and swimming pools etc
Ill be in there with others who can afford the entry ticket
