commentater on unz, defines street cops as worthless parasites
Being a street cop is nearly a 100% fraudulent profession. The stated reason for their existence is to protect the public but that is an obvious impossibility for any clear thinking individual. When the criminal strikes, the cop is not standing next to you to protect you; he is on the highway chasing down motorists to fleece them for invented crimes that can’t identify a victim or property damage.
I routinely praise detectives, forensics people and the real good guys that actually perform a needed function and do it after the street cop has failed in his purported main duty of protecting the population. I want street cops defunded and their salary and benefits given to the detectives and investigators to be able to solve more crimes. Check my commenting history if you doubt this.
The street cop is an invention of gov’t as a ruse to restrict your natural right of self defense. The gov’t always wants to disarm their tax cattle and has invented a job that is impossible to do. Instead, the street cop is used as a threat against the public and is part of the gov’t theft operation that keeps both the street cops and their paymasters enjoying a living standard well above the tax cattle they herd. The street cop and the misnamed criminal justice system (criminal protection racket) incentivize crime by coddling criminals. If the people were allowed their natural rights of self defense with any weapon they choose, many criminals would end up dead and buried, never to commit another crime.
Instead of parroting the bullshit the State has filled your brain with, use your brain to actually analyze what street cops actually as opposed to the public relations propaganda you’ve swallowed. Street cops are actually working against the best interests of the public while costing them a fortune in salary, benefits and the lawsuits they provoke.
If you still think they are a necessity then please reply with how they benefit society and I’ll reply to again show you your error in (not) thinking.

Thank you for your concise comment.
You make some valid points…
However, you make blanket assumptions that police officer’s lives are always in “mortal danger” while “the rest of us” should be forced to live under today’s israeli-influenced “command and control” policing. THAT is something I must vehemently disagree with. In fact, policing is not particularly dangerous, many other professions being more hazardous.
Police officers CHOOSE their profession. If they perceive the occupation to be “too dangerous” they can seek another line of work.
In my previous posts I have noted the changes in police practices, from being “peace officers” to becoming militarized “command and control” centurions, not unlike the military. However, the military has much more restrictive “rules of engagement” than today’s American police officers.
We are in agreement that those who are bent on doing harm see the uniform and not the individual police officer wearing it. Much hostility towards police officers IS a result of police actions directed against others. Call it “blowback” if you like. I’ve seen this coming for a long time. Not good, but it is a reality.
Blacks DO have a problem with police, some of it justified but most of it due to differences in perception. You see, Whites and others perceive police officers as “protectors of civil society at-large” while blacks see police officers as “occupiers”. This is a major problem with no easy answers.
As a White law-abiding individual of many decades, I still fear for my life if and when I am stopped by a police officer, much more than that of the police officer fearing for his life. The police officer holds “all of the cards” against us mere civilians and is judicially immunized from responsibility for his actions.
What say you about the attempts by politicians to restrict the types of weapons that can be possessed by non-police officer civilians?
What say you about the attempts by politicians to outlaw the civilian possession of body armor?
Such attempts are being made, as we speak. Many states are attempting to restrict the types of weapons and magazine capacity limits that civilians may possess while giving “carve-outs” to police officers and other “connected” public officials.
New York state has already outlawed the civilian possession of body armor. California is about to do the same thing.
The problem in both cases is these moves by politicians destroy the concept of “equal justice under law”, making it illegal for ordinary civilians to possess “hardware” that police officers and other “connected” politicians are allowed to possess.
There should be no “carve-outs” for police officers or others. California already exempts police officers and other public officials from bans on so-called “assault weapons” allowing them to possess such weapons while the “rest of us” ordinary civilians are saddled with restrictions which are clearly unconstitutional.
One more aspect of law that needs severe scrutiny and curtailment is the concept of official “immunity”.
Prosecutors have total “immunity” while police officers and other public officials have “qualified immunity”. This, again, destroys the concept of “equal justice under law” and must be abolished.
Immunity absolves the holder of consequences for his or her actions. This encourages immunity holders to act with reckless impunity as they KNOW that in most cases, they will not be held responsible for their actions.
Any ordinary person who attempts to sue an“immunity holder” has a very high bar to cross as lawsuits against individual immunity holders are generally prohibited.
In today’s jurisprudence, one has to seek to know the immunity holder’s “state of mind” and establish intent for “violations of (an individual’s) civil rights”… lawsuits that are almost always unsuccessful. In the meantime, the “immunity holder” carries on as if nothing occurred.
There is a simple solution…require every public official and police officer to be “bonded”. This is common in many professions, a “bond” being purchased from an insurance company or other entity. The basic cost of the bond would be borne by the municipality while any “surcharges” due to misconduct or lawsuits would be borne by the individual bondholder. Failure to obtain and hold a bond would be grounds for immediate dismissal and loss of employment without recourse. No bond=no job.
In a nutshell…
1. No “carve-outs” (special privileges) for police officers and all other public officials. Laws must apply to ALL equally.
2. Abolish both absolute and qualified immunity for ALL police officers and other public officials. Establish a “bond” requirement for all police officers and other public officials.
3. A Constitutional Amendment to wit: “Congress shall pass no law that does not apply to itself, all members of the legislative, executive, and judicial branches of government, its agencies, departments and subdivisions”. This one move would close a massive “carve-out”.
Equal justice under law is (supposed to be) a cornerstone of American jurisprudence.
Let’s restore the concept.
Best regards,

Re: commentater on unz, defines street cops as worthless parasites
Well.. I agree with the commentator to a certain extent.
Most cops in America are violent pigs, thugs, corrupt assholes, psychopath on a power trip, etc.
Cops in Europe especially in the Netherlands and Germany are real professionals who use de-escalation tactics instead of pumping black people with lead making him a swiss cheese. I do support some street policing because we don't want everyone running around shooting at each other for slightest wrong. Street policing can act as a deterrent for potential crime, and keeping public law and order.
I think the root of the problem is lack of training and screening out all those problem people on the Police Academy and the entire U.S Justice System. The police training in the U.S wildly varies state to state, town to town and they are less than a year or so. There is no uniform 3 years training like in Germany. Also the U.S public thinks police are bunch of uniformed thugs instead of a "professional". There is a big problem with public perception.
The U.S justice system is a problem too. Take a look at the West Coast, it's a third world shithole because cops have their hands tied by stupid liberal politics and prosecutors not giving a damn about all the shop lifting and drug use. Even if the cops performed their duty, the judge can just let the criminal go or the prosecutor choose not to help the case. Even if detectives acquired all the evidence, if the judge or some corrupt liberal politician decides to let the criminal go then detectives also have their hands tied.

What police officers are they talking about in America?
These guys are just traffic boys responsible for traffic laws. They can pull you over for going five miles over the speed limit or having a headlight out and attack your manhood. They will lie about you in court too. The traffic cop who lies in court is the real thief and criminal in this country.
America is cheap. You pay a lot for a house to live in and you end up unable to live your life because the city hired some jealous traffic cop who hates because you’re better than he is.
A real city would hire unarmed traffic boys who are always watched. They must show evidence. Otherwise you’re dealing with some guy who works in the police as a traffic boy who lies about you in court thus stealing from you.
Edit:
I’ve thought about it. Maybe the the super rich in America live in gated communities where they don’t have to worry about crazy criminal traffic guys. The poor people are getting low quality traffic policemen but they are told that these guys protect them. I mean if I’m gonna buy a house somewhere in the us. What good is it if some jealous traffic cop steals from me? It is cheap. I just came back from Egypt. Over there they have gated cities for the upper middle class. Now there you buy a house from a company, but that company is 15 companies in one. A company for the trash, a company for landscaping, and a company for private security. You own the security service there. In America, the criminal traffic cop owns you.

All I need is the right to carry a semi-automatic with laser pointer and have a bulletproof vest.I don't need in the presence of that any cop to protect me.also I need the right to shoot in self defense or perceived threat.

Re: commentater on unz, defines street cops as worthless parasites
While there may be valid concerns and criticisms regarding law enforcement, it is important to acknowledge that street cops play a crucial role in maintaining public safety. Their presence serves as a deterrent to potential criminals and provides a visible authority figure in communities. While they may not always be able to prevent crimes from happening, their response is essential in apprehending offenders and initiating investigations. Efforts to improve the criminal justice system and allocate resources effectively should be pursued, but completely defunding street cops without viable alternatives could potentially compromise public safety and the swift response to emergencies. It is important to foster constructive dialogue and seek comprehensive solutions that address concerns while ensuring the safety and well-being of society as a whole.

Thinking back to going round with the cops one Guy Fox weekend in a certain city in NZ a while back, the worthless parasite label is, at least in the short term, a bit of an over-simplification of the situation. Yes, a lot of the issues are self-created or they should mind their own business, but to just get rid of them without making any other changes would lead to - well, we are seeing what it leads to in various US libtard cities.

Re: commentater on unz, defines street cops as worthless parasites
It's more of libtard politician's and general libtard's fault on the deterioration of their cities. Not the cops. The cops there were doing their job but those stupid liberal bastards have let habitual criminals go and allow them to commit crime multiple time. Same thing is happening all over Canada which is a Woke country decades ago. In Republican town, people would've just pumped those animals with rifle rounds. They don't need no rehabilitation over there. May those ferals Rehabilitate in hell.Cornfed wrote: ↑July 3rd, 2023, 11:29 amThinking back to going round with the cops one Guy Fox weekend in a certain city in NZ a while back, the worthless parasite label is, at least in the short term, a bit of an over-simplification of the situation.
