Burbank is a suburb of Chicago, about a mile south of Chicago Midway Airport. A few years ago, they had this really cool strip club, Ocean Gentlemen's Club, in a large industrial building on 70th Place and Central Avenue. Now I personally have been to Ocean Gentlemen's Club a few times before, and it was neat. The dance stage was made of either plexiglass or acrylic, or some kind of sturdy glass, and under it was a huge pool of water with floating beach balls. Walls had these huge wine glass shaped tanks with huge streams of bubbles, kind of simulating the ocean and ocean currents. It was like an oasis in the vast, statewide social desert of Illinois. Lap dances were $30 per song, and you could touch the dancer's boobs, including what I love doing, lifting them up from underneath and letting them rest on top of my arm and hand under their own weight.
Tragically, Ocean Gentlemen's Club closed down, I think around 2022 or so. It briefly opened as another neat looking club called Fevr Cabaret. Unfortunately, Fevr Cabaret closed down, too, and last I checked, that building at 5555 70th Place in Bedford Park is still vacant and unused.
Also, Ocean Gentlemen's Club sat in a very safe, very low crime neighborhood. Most other Chicago area strip clubs, like The "O" Gentlemen's club, Red Diamond Strip Club, and Skybox club in Harvey, Jimmy's Gentlemen's Club and Club 390 in Chicago Heights, Atlantis Gentlemen's Club in Ford Heights, Industrial Strip, Wiggles Gentlemen's Club, and Fantasy Gentlemen's Club in Hammond, Indiana, and De Ja Vu Showgirls, Rick's Cabaret, and Fantasy Nightclub in Chicago proper, all of those clubs sit in the ghetto, they all sit in extremely bad neighborhoods, neighborhoods that are nothing but shootings, homicides, armed robberies, and assaults, including in broad daylight. Every day, numerous patrons on the way to and from those clubs get shot while driving, and then they crash, then the suspects swarm the crashed car like hornets and then rob and car jack the person.
If you were to draw a border starting at Austin Avenue at the BNSF train yard in west suburban Cicero and go north to Lawrence Avenue (4800 north), then go east to the lakeshore, then go south and east along the west and south shore of Lake Michigan all the way to Interstate 65 in Indiana, then go south to Merrillville, and then go west connecting the dots with Merrillville, St. John, Crete, and University Park, then go west to Illinois 50/Cicero Avenue, and then go north on Illinois 50/Cicero Avenue to Ogden Avenue in Cicero, everywhere within that entire encircling border is all endless bad neighborhood, that entire area is one huge 'hood,' with many neighborhoods being worse than Detroit. And even Governors State University sits in a very bad neighborhood. And Jimmy's Gentlemen's Club, Club 390, Atlantis Gentlemen's Club, Red Diamond, Club "O," Skybox, Industrial Strip, Wiggles, Fantasy's (both in Chicago and in Hammond), De Ja Vu Showgirls, and Rick's Cabaret all sit within that huge hood. Shootings are also very common inside many of the strip clubs in that area, and many of those strip clubs in that huge hood are known hangouts for wanted cop killers and even fugitives.
Maywood, Bellwood, Melrose Park, and Stone Park also have very high rates of violent crime, including shootings, homicides, armed robberies, and armed carjackings. That means, unfortunately, Scores Chicago on Mannheim and Lake Street sits in a very bad neighborhood and is prone to shootings and is a known hangout for violent killers and armed gangs. And Mannheim Road is bad neighborhood from North Avenue all the way south to the Union Pacific-Proviso train yard.
Most other Chicago area strip clubs prohibit any kind of touching at all. Touching is prohibited at all Chicago proper strip clubs under Chicago city law, including at The Admiral Theater. Touching is also prohibited at Polekatz Chicago Gentlemen's Club in Bridgeview and at Uncle Paulie's bar in Glen Ellyn, and rumors are the no-touching rule at Uncle Paulie's is by order of Glen Ellyn city law. Heavenly Bodies in Elk Grove Village recently closed as well. No touching was allowed at Heavenly Bodies, either.
At present, there are but 2 strip clubs within 75 miles of Chicago that are worth going to, especially for handsy guys like myself that love to support the dancer's boobs on top of their arms and that sit in safe, quiet neighborhoods where people don't get shot, murdered, robbed, and carjacked on their way to and from the clubs. Those clubs are All Star Bar & Grill in Lyons/McCook, and Blackjack's Gentlemen's Club in Elgin.

Ocean Gentlemen's Club in Burbank, Illinois had the potential to be a great nightlife facility.
