Let's say you have a poor incel,he gets a gf and a decent job,then that's not enough,he wants mutliple gfs and a high paying job,he gets it,but his happiness and pleasure returns to baseline,so he wants more and more,more goals,never content with what he has.

There's no point in helping out other people because people are shit. They never appreciate it. Just be a selfish asshole like everyone else. Toilets are especially turned off by kindness and prefer dark triad personalities over nice, honest personalities. Why would you want to help out such a horrible, evil species like humanity?

I would take it much further. Sometimes I fantasize about horrible deaths for my enemies to endure. I visualize the horrible pain they would go through in my mind and it gives me pleasure.
