What countries could an Indian pull more than an Italian?

this is my final thread and after this I may be heading out of this forum but this question has bothered me a little

I want to know, in what countries (other than India), could an Indian guy either

1. Pull as many girls as an Italian
2. Pull more girls than an Italian guy

Basically, in what countries do Italian guys not have the top notch stereotypes going for them and in what countries do Indian guys not have the bad stereotypes against them?
