I agree but there are two variables in that equation. Time and Location.

I need to be in a Location that allows me to save money over Time.

Don't wait for the time and place to change. Start with the small obvious things. Stop quoting posts right above you, stop feeling entitled to a girlfriend just because you feel you look good enough or because of your status as a rich tourist. Based on self-reported data in a lot of western countries, most people in a room are of above average intelligence compared against the rest of the people in the room. Most people are above average drivers.

Mathematically, it makes no sense that they would be. But we are talking about self-reported data.

Intelligence can also be broken down into different dimensions. One person may speak or write poorly, but be a math genius. Another might be a good writer but not very good at math or memorizing facts.
