I grew up in a conservative household and my family frown upon Ricky as someone who needed help to be "Cured." Most people around that time agreed and found his "lifestyle' troubling. I also went to a religious school and homosexuality was not taken lightly.

It would not surprise me at all that 10 years from now incest will become more and more acceptable. And eventually worst things will be seen a "normal."

I didn't know much about him. I didn't know he was a homosexual back when he was singing La Vida Loca and the World Cup oleh oleh oleh song. I just found out about the nasty sodomy accusation from reading your post.
