The Berne Convention as a Forum Rule

People cannot violate the rights of artists under the Berne Convention.

I recommend that a rule be added if it hasn't already that the Berne Convention must be respected in regards to not allowing works of art created by members of the forum to be defaced and diminished by other members.

"It provides creators such as authors, musicians, poets, painters etc. with the means to control how their works are used, by whom, and on what terms."

I think it's only fair since this is an international treaty with much legitimacy in protecting creative people.
